The anti-cheat measures are NOT working. Seen at least 8 different cheaters today. Most common are firing from cloak with unlimited energy. Three IA games have been totally abandoned because someone logs on with an aimbot/wallhack, and everyone just has to quit. Institute proper anticheat measures (obfuscate assembly exports and relocate functions within the dll to prevent hooking)!
If you can't detect and automatically kick the cheaters, LET US CALL A VOTE TO KICK!
If the majority can rule on a server, the gaming community can police itself, kicking the cheaters so they can't have any fun. This will essentially eliminate cheating.
So simple to do, have a vote system to call a vote for maybe level change, restart, and kick player. Left 4 Dead 2 has a good system in place. Look for inspiration there.
PLEASE do this, it will save the Crysis 2 MP community! Plus, its easier than playing programmer wars with the hack developers (who probably live in their parents basemant and have all day to write new hacks to counteract your anti-cheat measures).
