I somewhat do. I mean I at the very least expected my current Altmer to be discriminated against left and right but...nothing other than a couple of comments from guards and innkeepers when asking where to learn about magic.

I'm not sure if Dunmer are the only race that have reactions But I've been called ash svcker, grey skin, little elf, and a Thalmor threatend to ship me to Vvardenfell in a crate.

Khajiit doesn't normally feel bad for such things being said to your kind, but since Thalmor said it, they better find a ship that isn't flammable.

Have you ever seen a Khajiit in a city? Apart from in the MQ when a Khajiit Thalmor helper tries to kill you in Riften.
Speak to Ysolda and she will tell you that they aren't trusted because they are thought to be pickpockets so they can't go into he cities.

There's also a Thalmor agent who'll spawn in towns as a random event. If they weren't allowed in at all, they'd be pretty conspicuous even if they were sneaky types. Ysolda is talking about the carvans, which sell "controlled substances."

P.S. And the ultimate authority on everything, M'aiq the Liar, says that people in Skyrim are more open-minded than people elsewhere. So there you go!! Of course he's lying. lol
