Are You Playing Crysis 2 or Waiting for a Patch? : Crysis

I'm also waiting for a graphics patch, however, after reading through this forum I'm not sure if it's actually under development.
It would be a great help if Crytek at least gives us official words if they are working on it or not.
If it's only our delusion, then I will start playing the game right away.
When I received my copy, I actually played it for about fifteen minutes and it felt soooo promising...except it's mediocre graphics even at extreme setting.

For the moment, I'd kill my free time by playing Dragon Age II which still has more than twenty hours of play.
The problem is, it's not that fun when compared to its great predecessor :-(

I am waiting to hear back from steam personaly, I haven't played more than 30 seconds singleplayer, and MP I can't loggin, if they don't give me my money back quess I'll wait for patch, but I don't see my interest holding too long. I don't have patience for games with this many bugs., many much "less buggy, great games" coming out soon.

Staying away from EA from now on, and have in the past as much as possible. They ruin everything they touch, games, developers etc. Been extremly disappointed with EA lately, Dragon age 2 svcks, imho, and now this.

I havent even bought the game yet, due to the news of no dx11 at launch, and glad i didnt. But I have been checking he forums regularly on all the issues with the game, and will not consider buying untill a dx11 patch release is confirmed.
As far as the mp, it looks terrible ( played the demo, was horrible). I hate cod, and the mp reminds me way to much of the cod series, despite the arguments that it's not a cod clone.

Currently playing, 350ish on the leaderboards. Frustrating, but fun to play when it works. Till tonight that is, when literally EVERY server I joined had hackers in it. That's 15 outta 15 tonight. For god's sake get anti-cheat programs in place... the game is quickly becoming completely unplayable.

Edit: Completely unplayable for the few people it actually works for.

I can't see crytek building a new game in a patch, what you see is what you get, there is no more to add unless they build a new game and make CryEngine 4 PC centric.

Never mind the patch, just waiting on some solid news.

I'll give Crytek till the end of the week to say something meaningful otherwise the game goes back to the retailer. I appreciate it takes time to release a patch but it doesn't take long to talk to your customers, and Crytek must have known full well there were going to be problems post release.

Waiting for the patch that fixed MP disconnect problem, in 3 days I managed to play only 2 complete matches, since i get disconnected every 5 minutes.

Just hoping that this so-called patch will fix the Nano catalyst reset issue...it seems that everything else is working fine...but this glitch makes the SP simply unplayable....really pissed off...

The game is not total mess. I finished it already. Its quite fun. IMO no patch will dramatically change a game which was not made for pc in the first place. Probably too much work and too much money now to achive what all pc gamers would like to see. By the way, programers don`t need this ultra super tool called dx11 (everybody was selling us) to achieve these amazing visual effects?

I was playing single for about 1.30h but now i quit.
Well for me graphic is a little bit **** coz' I hate directX9.
I was counting on that DX11 in that game.. I have even bought 2x MSI GTX560 Twin Frozr II SLI for this game:)
Well.. At this point i dont know what to do.. Finish it in DX9 or wait for anything..
Can someone tell me why does this game have .dll of dx10 in binary folder? Maybe they will give us DX10?

And this indestructible environment is a pain in the ass ^^

I'm not buying this game untill I see the DX11 version. DX9 version had really bad textures, details and overall graphics. If the DX11 will improve the graphics enough, I will buy the game.
I still feel like the PC version hasn't yet been released.

im waiting for patch, im lvl 8 and i should have unlocked like 3 guns... i cannot unlock ANYTHING and i have 1 point in each slot (weapons/attatchment, suit abils)
