the studs on the armor aren't inlaid either, so I'm not sure that they'll look quite right together. What's your call?
Edit: No response, so I went ahead and finished both types of steel helmets. The horned helmets have a glow map for argonians, but the regular ones don't. I can make a tutorial for you if you want, Albatross, so you can do it for anything you want to

Yep. I think you need to find more CK workers. that, or I need to figure out how to do in-game data. Once the armor's all done, of course :tongue:

Hey! They all have in game data!

Just not particularly balanced or playable in game data. :P

It shouldn't be a problem from now on, I just had a lot to do all at once and did it in silly ways that resulted in far more work than it should have. Armour won't take much effort at all.

A tutorial would be great! No rush though, got to get this .esp stuff done first.

any changes you'd like to see?
EDIT: I've finished the gauntlets, so that means that nordic steel armor is done. I've just got to finish the shields and shin boots. I'll hold off on the shields until I get feedback on the picture above

So the v1 file is almost ready to go. Still to do is arrows, some book texts and some final tweaks to the leveled lists but other than that she's just about ready to be unleashed upon the world. I'll try to get a final beta uploaded later tonight.

Well, I think I hit a snag-the glow maps don't seem to be on NPCs wearing the armor. I haven't got a clue why that is, but I'll see if I can figure it out

personally, I think it needs more of the alternate trim. what do you think? Should I do the studs in bronze?

I believe I have a little problem. Every time I throw a bow on the ground that is assigned to a custom mesh, it disappears and reappears at a random location in the cell. Example: I was at Proudspire manor and threw the Gauldur Blackbow out of my inventory. Instead of appearing near my character, It appears outside the walkable area of the cell. This seems to happen to all bows that use a custom mesh from this mod.

Dark_Lord. Im having similar issues, but with my character, not with any items (atleast not yet). When i use most doors that lead you to outside world, im being transported to some other nearby place. (Probably not related to C300 in anyway but just mentioned, so i apologize).

Changed:
Item balance and cost. All crafting done, all tempering done. Books to unlock styles. Arrow crafting done.

Still to do:
Fix up the smithing skill tree graphic in the skills menu.
Move Imperial armour to steel.
Create a script to add extra damage to silver arrows against daedra/undead/shapeshifters.
Finish writing books.
Make meshes for short/long hafts/arrow shafts.

Then I am totally confused, since this happens to me even:
* when AoT is the only mod active
* I moved all scripts to another location.
* I created a new character by using CoC in the main menu.
* I run the game without SKSE

Whenever I turn Crafting300.esp off, the bows appear near me again after I throw them out of my inventory. So it does seem my game has a problem with AoT.

What I can do to test this further, is download other mods that add bows to the game. To see if they behave the same. If so, it has to be a problem on my end.

Every time someone asks for an ETA I take five days off to read. Seriously though, don't ask for a release date or ETA on mods the answer will always be 'when it's done'.

Link above is gameplay complete except for a few cosmetic features. A polished release of the weapons will happen sometime in the next week or so depending on real life commitments. Te armour won't be done for quite a while.

If I, for example, drop a bow near the Jarls throne in Dragonsreach, it will end up near the main entrance. This only happens with bows from this mod as I have tested several other mods that add bows.

quite a while is one hell of an understatement. I got the ancient nord male armor done last night, and I'll be working on the female next at the same time as I work on steel plate and trying to figure out what the heck is going on with the glow maps
Also, chainmail svcks. it really, really svcks :down:
