For one, imagine the potential for truly epic and just downright sixy hot n' steamy kill cams that would come with that. Watch 300 to get the juices flowing if you can't picture it.

...I'm picturing the same thing as Arrow kill cams. =/

All I want is first person horse-riding/werewolves/vampire lords. Not only does that seem unlikely, you just KNOW that dragon-riding, if implemented, will be forced third person. -.-

....you DON'T want to see your character riding atop an awesomely huge dragon?

(Provided of course you can still see what's below you, that is. :P)

Though I am cautiously optimistic it is Solsthiem, maybe after a official announcement I will give the fans who are new to TES a tour of Solsthiem via Bloodmoon so they can get an idea of it from a player's perspective by taking screenshots of places and people. How does that sound? :D

My problem is with forced third person. Maybe the first time I'd want to take a screenshot of my character riding atop an awesomely huge dragon, but after that I'd want to immediately return to first person. As it stands I don't use horses or werewolves or vampire lords because I despise being in third person mode any more than I absolutely must.

 I'll be so happy when Werebears are added. Then I can let the haters know how happy I am. :D :D

I think that with it being in Solstheim I think that it would fit a Werebear quest great.

I LOVE EASTER EGGS. Especially when Mojang won the legal battle against Bethesda, and in their honor they added the Notched Pickaxe. I love that
It was Bethesda Softworks, not Bethesda Game Studios. The Notched Pickaxe was already in-game (And is a tribute to Notch) during development, it was just coincidence with the legal matter and such.

Well you take the good you take the bad you take it all and there you have the facts of life, the facts of life.
I think you'll survive the occasional "zomg my emulsion is brokenz" moment now and again to remind yourself that you're NOT on the ]censored]ing holodeck.

Well, explain to me how you see these spears working then. I'm under the assumption you're talking about spears that you throw... that is what spears are for.

You were mentioning the movie 300 - I believe they were using Pikes and Haliberds... a WHOLE different sort of animal altogether than spears. ^_^

Like I said, they were used as melee weapons. Same with Halbreds.

Throwing, but also an effective thrusting weapon. when coupled with a shield. The Phalanx.
The Halberd was a spear with a blade on it for slashing.
They were good for keeping your opponent at a distance.
