The fact that they have to be cryptic and can't say "PS3 is getting Dawnguard and Hearthfire" or anything like that makes me think this is just going to be some lame consolation prize than any actual DLC of substance. A little thing to fulfill their obligation but nothing more. Probably Frankensteined out of various pieces of DLC (spears, crossbows, green robes, etc.) into one amorphous blob so they can say they released DLC on the PS3.

The only thing that makes me think that might not be the case is the PR nightmare and public/media backlash that could arise from it, but they didn't exactly care about that when it came to this whole issue with the PS3 and DLC to begin with so I'm not holding my breath.

Would love to be proven wrong though.

If you folks think about it that DLC contract could have been anything. Dawnguard was a "substantial" DLC and Dragonborn would be another one. Hearthfire is kinda like a small one so who knows. Point is if I get some sort of DLC by the time I finish college and before Christmas I'll be a happy college grad.

This supposed contract that makes them have to wait a year is nothing by speculation unless you got some proof.

Something interesting to point out. If you look at the logos in the lower right hand corner of the screen...the usual ones are there. Not only is PS3 there...but the Playstation Network symbol is there as well...I have not seen that yet! This is SERIOUS!!! lol

If only the damm devs or PR members can confirm it...

PC might get a texture update, or maybe there's a new bit of the Fall of the Space Core thing Valve cooked up coming out soon.

I don't pretend to know what's going on, but I also don't pretend that this is a sure fire thing that the PS3 community is going to get the same content everyone else did.

I'm starting to believe that Dragonborn will not be an exclusive at all but, perhaps due to some legal bindings (this theory that the agreement expires on November 12th), Bethesda can't explicitely say that yet. I think Pete's tweet was a way to tell us that without breaking their contract with Microsoft in the process.

We're not getting into the specifics of what content is being released right now, but we are working on bringing content to PS3 and PC. It'll be content that's not already on those platforms.

I'm kind of hoping they are just taking everything from the game jam that has not been added as DLC and throwing it in as a free add-on? I mean I want PS3 to get Hearthfire and Dawnguard too, but seasonal foliage FTW.

Read between the lines. He can't say it explicitly for whatever reason. By "new" he means Dragonborn(New to all systems) and the other two dlc's(new to PS3). I suspect that there is no Xbox timed exclusitivity for Dragonborn and PS3 is also going to finally be able to get both Dragonborn & Hearthfire on the same day or within another soon to come date.(before Christmas)
