Blacklight.

IT might very well be true that it's unlikely, but think of the possibilities. We might see some real morrowind landscape and even visit a daedric ruin. Blacklight is an interesting place as well.

My ABSOLUTE favorite places in Morrowind were daedric ruins. IF we go to Morrowind, I SOOOO hope we get to go to at least one. It was always terrifying trying to run around a ruin where you KNEW you couldn't beat the occupants, but you also knew there was GREAAAAT loot hidden inside.

I think we mite have to wait for the DLC after Dragonborn, to go to Blacklight, it would be good to go back to morrowind I could vist the destoryed red mountain. and maybe buy a tower and some sixy female slaves to keep my tower clean and to cook for me. ( slavery is legal in morrowind).

Nope! Helseth outlawed it right before the Oblivion Crisis. Of course, the Telvanni didn't listen and then the argonians attacked after Vvardenfell went Boom...

I don't think Helseth's laws were of great importance after the Red Year and the Argonian invasion.

Helseth's a boss. If there's one Dunmer I want to see return other than Divayth Fyr, its that crafty bugger Helseth.

Possibly insane, too. Mad King Helseth. He'd be fun!
WARNING: I have a tendency to channel the mad god Sheogorath from time to time and suspect he may be the only truly sane person/entity/whatever in the Elder Scrolls universe.

Yo. I'm the guy who's running the Morrowind branch of the Beyond Skyrim uber-mod...thing. Nice to see some folks floating up some of the screenshots and art from around there...

Our plan for the mod is to first tackle northern Velothis District - basically, between that pass (Gates of Veloth) from Refugee's Rest, straight west along the coast to Blacklight, and south to Cormaris View. Blacklight I am planning on being our first big showcase city. http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2012/297/4/c/rtm_bugclifftower10_by_transbot9-d5itcvw.jpg, which are now being converted over to the new Dragonborn Redoran ascthetic (surprisingly easy for the models, at this stage). Thornbug homes hanging from cliff side, a corner club designed after a coconut crab, a rather imperial dock district that sprung up from being a major port, and a giant shalk manor/lighthouse are in the plans.

Dragonborn has thrown our lore and writing side into limbo until it comes out with all new juicy tidbits, and we're certainly planning on taking advantage of the new swag that this DLC will have.
Blacklight: Gateway to Morrowind. Port of trade, city of vice. If you're looking for trouble, Outlander - you've found it.
i love it, so that will be the lighthouse/great flame portion right?
how will the city be in terms of the archetypes it caters to? any possible factions influencing the city? thieves guild? east empire company? dark brotherhood? camona tong?
oh, and how do you guys want to handle the red year impact on the city? will it be kinda slummy and grim?

Illegal ? why ?
Unless they are stealing material from another game is a mod perfectly legal.
