Constantly snowing inside fallowstone cave.
Not sure if it's intended or not, but it's incredibly annoying.

A really, really annoying bug (if you want to call it that) is the overlapping of ambient dialogue and quest (or interaction) dialogue that sometimes appears.

The ambient dialogue is getting really annoying in general.

It's not a bug, but I think it's something that needs to be altered in a future patch. Lower the frequency of the one-liners. I don't need to hear one every single time I approach an NPC, especially since it's the same lines being spoken over and over.

It gets especially aggravating if you remain near an NPC. When they run out of things to say, they go into an endless stream of lines like 'Yes?' and 'I'm waiting!' and 'Do you want something?' It's most noticeable from the Altmer merchant in Windhelm while you're using the enchanting table near her.

When you're simply passing an NPC you've ticked off in the past, and they say 'You want to talk to ME after what you did?!' it's just patently silly.

Ideal would be a check for the player standing in front of an NPC and looking directly at him/her for, say, a second. When it's clear that the player is interested in a chat, start the one-liners. If this could include a check for other scripted dialogue, to avoid clashes, all the better.

1. Talked to Ulfric about completion of the Whiterun quest while he was not in the main Palace of Kings but in the upper rooms. Upon completion of the dialogue, the game crashed.

2. Having the chest in Hjerim (Windhelm House) open and reading Severio Pelagia's inheritance letter results in you being unable to close the letter, necessitating loading of a savegame

3. Really surprised this isn't on your list already: Buying Hjerim in Windhelm after Blood on the Ice and having it fully furnished still has all the butcher mess and evidence strewn across it. Sources say that's because I bought the furniture before visiting the house first and then going back to the steward to buy the cleaning

4. Dark Brotherhood emperor assassination has no impact on the game world other than guards having it as a random line. None of the Imperials or Stormcloaks seem to even mention it during the civil war storyline. Seems like a missed opportunity.

1. nitpicky: In my time of need, when you speak to Saadia her text is misspelled. wrose instead of worse.
2. several ore veins in various locations can't be mined, you can see them, just not activate them even when standing on top of em.

not sure if it's a bug: I have 99 sneak, with perks, and the silent casting perk from the illusion tree. at a sizable distance when I cast a spell, npc's go, what was that and the eye opens a little bit. there are no npcs visible, they are 2 rooms down or on the bottom floor.. either way I don't think they should be able to hear me cast. not talking summons spells, or damaging spells, talking healing, runes before they go off, shields, wards

Deep-In-His-Cups has found me 3 times and each time asked me to pay him 10000 gold. The first time I killed him. the second time I persuaded him to take a much less substantial amount, the third, I killed him again. Hoping I don't find him again or I might just disable him.

A few I've seen:

The first person camera is placed at shoulder height instead of eye height.

During the quest Ill Met By Moonlight:
During the final stage, Sinding can still be found in jail.
After killing Sinding, if you sleep on a bedroll in the dungeon, Sinding will respawn (and be friendly).

I have one it might be on list there is simply to many for my attention span sorry any ways...

So most of the times for me my raised zombie turns to dust when i enter a new area via loading but I can not loot the dust, also If I save then reload there is 50/50 chance I will have a completely invisable zombie following me, it will attack and be attacked also the whole zombies dying on load may be a glitch it's self because theres a 10-15% chance they don't even die, the whole thing is completely gank because why can atronaches go through loading doorways but zombies must die.... they already svck as is. (eccept for thrall which is quite good)

Unsure if listed but new ones i encountered are

I unrelenting forced a normal courier approaching me after he got back up the entire town proceded to attack him.
I receved a greybeard quest for hagsend and the place doesnt seem to exsist
If you kill a horse from a small height and its on a slope you character will continue to move down the slope even though its still alive, but because youve traveled so far i only assume the game adds it to fall height and then kills you, so i fall a few meters horse dies and then i die even though i had full health

re: "There are many items flagged as quest-items that remain flagged even after completing the Quest, and some weigh lots (eg 20lb for a main questline item), and can never be removed dropped or sold, causing a permanent loss to your total carry capacity."

As with Oblivion, the weights show on the items but they don't contribute to carry weight (I did verify this, yes.)
I've notice that, but also a quest item can have more than one in your inventory and I can't store one of them in my house or share one with Lydia.

There were one quest that I get a staff called "Grand Charming Staff" and later in a completely different cell I found exactly the same item so I took that, but when I tried to store it in one of those chests I got in Breezehome both items was stuck in my inventory. Period.

I think I "broke" my bookshelf in Breezehome, maybe it's related to issues other folks are having.

I would fill a single container with misc items (weapons, armor, ore) to the point that I noticed a HUGE slowdown in how quickly I could add/remove items from the containter (in this case, the first visible cupboard in Breezehome). After doing this, I noticed the bookshelf across the room (18 books per shelf) was telling me I could add 9 more books. I could see 18 books on the shelf, but non when I Activated the shelf to remove or add books. After removing each book one by one, I can still only add 9 books.

Maybe it's possible to bug out containers in a single instance, home, etc by overloading them?

Not sure if it's a bug, but having 19 Stones of Barenziah in your inventory, each with its own item entry, gets annoying when you're searching your 'Misc' inventory.

Also - Just discovered this: The Paralyzing Shot perk in the Archery tree (100 skill perk) causes a certain bug. In my case, killing Forsworn enemies dual-wielding weapons (swords and axes) in a single shot (sneak attack damage) AND having the Paralyze effect occur causes their weapons to just float in the air, and the body never unstiffens. With a bear, the body just stands there as if the bear never died, although I can loot it and walk through it and all.

I saw the bug listed about the bookshelves appearing empty, but I've encountered with the house in Riften a very similar bug which is:

the books appear to be there but when you go to place more books, the books already in it aren't there, as if the bookshelf literally ate them. You can still loot the books individually without using the sorter, but if you do that and then try to drop them like you would any item they disappear entirely. And now that bookshelf will only let me place a maximum of 12 books, even though it should be 18.

Being a book lover I was thrilled they added the sorter, but it appears to be all kinds of buggy (along with the mannequins and weapon racks).

I just noticed a pretty serious and potentially quite hazardous quest bug.

I've already finished the main Thieves Guild storyline, however, I decided I wanted the Falmer-book in a locked viewing container in the Museum. When entering the Museum, though, the quest Hard Answers were started again. Which I carried out, and it just went on fine. Could take the translation to Enthir and then get sent to next step. It sounds like it could create all sorts of problems if I actually cared to continue on that (which I didn't). Either way, obviously an already finished quest shouldn't trigger again just because you enter a location.

As the result of a bounty letter, I got a quest to http://img803.imageshack.us/img803/328/bg1u.jpg but when I travel there, http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/2070/bg2ag.jpg designated as a 'Guard' with the quest marker over her head.

Is the hard crash issue in there somewhere... if not... then put it there... above all else because hard crashes are abit more disasterous to our machines than unaligned texture seams.
I agree. This is my biggest problem too.

I'm having an issue with buying the house in Markarth. I have completed more than 5 townspeople quests, have done the bounties, and the 2 jarl quests. The dialogue box to buy the house did come up at one point, but at the time I did not have the money. Steward has not given the option since.

I would like to add one more bug:
The Daedric artifact called Ebony blade, wich is a two-handed sword doesn't use two handed skill to calculate damage.
Instead it uses one-handed skill for damage, tho hitting stuff with this particular sword levels up your two-handed skill.

I have picked up quest items that I don't have the quest for. This is okay, BUT it won't let me drop them. Since I don't have the quest, I have no idea who to turn to in order to get rid of them. I carried "Dravin's Bow" around for ages before I finally relented and looked up where he was.

When you pick up a quest item it should update your journal automatically so that you know who to give the item to in order to get rid of it.

Lets add another... I have completed the quest regarding Red Eagle's Tomb before. Killed the Forsworn Briarheart, took the blade, etc. However, doing the quest Repairing the Phial, I had to kill the same Briarheart again. And he had respawned. Curiously, upon reading the book Red Eagle's Rite on the altar, that same quest was started again. It seems that if a quest have multiple options to get started, using one option won't deactivate the others. Which means you seem to be able to repeat some quests several times. Pretty heavy bug.

And another. Upon receiving the White Phial, it was White Phial (Full) in Potions. Drinking it moved it to Misc as White Phial (Empty). However, when I clicked on it, I got the message "This item cannot be equipped" and it duplicated. Simply clicking on it duplicated it once for each click. Currently, I have 20.
