"Nobody thought they were real, but I've seen them.

The Eyes of the Snow Elves!

The Dwarves thought they took them from the Falmer, but they themselves were fooled. A statue, built in secerecy by the slaves, the eyes burn into you, and I see them even now. S'raffa escaped through the collapsing tunnel, but he'll never escape what we've seen. Men will never believe him, and he'll be driven mad by the knowledge that he'll never see them again. But I may yet see them again before I die."

Haha glad to see that I'm not the only one who vividly remembers that letter.
I brought it up in the lore section a few weeks ago and tried to start a discussion on possible magical properties of the 'eyes', but everyone ignored me lol

Hmm the glowing eyes reminds me of this quest i was on... I found a letter on a thief... Him and a partner looked into the eyes of the Falmer... " the eyes burn into you".
Where can i find this quest?

I don't know why. It's nothing that wasn't known. Aside from glowing eyes. It just creates more hype. I guess that's what they want. I also guess that I just don't understand marketing.

I've never seen threads move like this on any forum. Congratulations to that, Bethesda. Did anyone remember to say congratulations on Morrowind's tenth anniversary, or is that one tiny picture the only topic of discussion?

That would be nice. But rather than a good story I hope we'll get large new area to explore and hundreds of places (and misc quests) to find.

Asking for a good story from Beth, is like asking a cow for cold milk.

Who wrote Shivering Isles, main quest of Morrowind and Oblivion's Thieves' Guild, that's what I wanna know. Those are exceptional, everything else is crap.

Dang, I was really kinda hoping for some actual info or something... not just a picture of the same character they've shown since they announced Skyrim in the first place... Yes, I know his eyes are glowing and that's special, but really, it tells us very little about this DLC.

Don't get me wrong. They can supply the milk. You just need to get someone else to chill it.

O_O ummm angry much? Sorry I know you don't agree here but I am just giving you the facts and part of my opionion ok? MS paid Beth off to have their content on 360 first, either you can wait like everyone else or do the stupid thing and buy a whole new 360 and the game just to play the DLC first, it is just a game dude, its really not that important except to give us entertainment and to let us escape...

Thats funny i could have sworn i was talking about the mods on PC to you, which you no longer mention, as for the DLC timed exclusivity, well its nothing new is it, and no im not angry

Well then who chilled the milk in those three cases, wtf?
There's a mysterious Superhero by the name of "The Milk-Chiller" popping in and out of Bethesda Game Studios, though he's been absent since Fallout 3.
