Isn't that the same for fangs?
Because Man or Elf vamps don't get noticable fangs, so if beast races can get them, then why not the human or elf vamps?

I have to agree with the majority, I'd like glowing eyes on my Khajiit, and it's complete [censored] that they left the beast races out. They seem to always neglect the beast races in some way. Sure, they look much, much better than they did in previous games, but they really are neglected by a large margin. Playing a Khajiit character pretty much breaks all immersion and RP as it is, considering they aren't even allowed into cities.
Besides, man and mer already have fangs, they're simply kept inside their mouths. Do you seriously want gigantic saber cat fangs on a man/mer character? That would look dumb.
