I see, well any face other than human-looking would be good in my book, too many [censored] "vampire diary", "true blood" and "twilight" type vampire appearances going around lately, vampires should be monsters not [censored] beautiful or handsome. Pardon my language.

I get that, i want options though. Maybe i wanna be good looking as a vamp...or maybe i wanna be the freaks from Blade 2 or the savages from 30 days of night

Yeah I reckon the glowy eyed, red slit face should stay as it is for the first two stages then become bat-like on the third and fourth stage. then people who do not want the bat-face can simply feed (which is what vampires should be doing often anyway) The Npcs look like true vampires with those dracula faces, bethesda robbed us of looking like true vampires by having only the npcs having it. I hope they fix the races bug though, nords and high elves and apparently beast races do not get the proper eyes or faces that other npc or player vampires get.

My nord has that stupid line from the tip of the nose to the mouth. Looks like a bloody nose or something. I don't like it at all. My character wouldn't actually look that bad too if it would just go away. If its intentional, then that's lame. If it isn't, who knows if bethesda will ever fix it. Most likely they wont. >_>

Its intentional and I don't find it to be a problem, vampires are monsters and it is only right for them to look inhuman.

Strange that is, my imperial had it and yes the vampires of the court had it too along with other vampires in caves etc, I reckon your game might of glitched or it was a one off.

See the pattern of Monsterous-Bat like through these? DG is attempting that but i wanted to be able to have Morbius's face but we get stopped at Blade 2 Freaks

Actually they (npc vampires) look more like Dracula from the 1991 gary oldman film, which I like very much but its sad you cannot have that face at stage four, the red line does almost look similar to the reapers though but no too much.

My red line is only above my mouth up to the nose... Anyways, it doesn't look monstrous, just stupid. Give us another visual if you want us scary

They'll be a mod to look like that badass, bat-looking but not too fugly vampire in the Royal Vampire Armour on the loading screen where he is pointing at something.

Serana had the same eyes my character has pre-Dawnguard! I want those eyes, they are beautiful! Not like Harkon's crappy eyes.

well pre dawnguard eyes didnt glow in the dark like seranas but i agree they should have used those eyes for the new vampire look that and not giving vampires a hair lip

Good news! Yes! I am so happy!

well pre dawnguard eyes didnt glow in the dark like seranas but i agree they should have used those eyes for the new vampire look that and not giving vampires a hair lip

They still had the same irises and pupils as pre Dawnguard, but they do glow now.

From what I heard its an intended feature thats meant to make the Volkihar look more monsterous (not to mention the glowing gold/orange eyes and gaunt'er faces) since only the Cyrodil vampires (Oblivion vampires) are the only ones that can look like a normal human/mer/beast because unlike the other vampires they betrayed Molag Bal and sold out to Clavicus Vile in order to be able to look like a normal person when they feed.

Its a shame they had to break the Lore for the players though...you can only imagine all the whining if they made it so you got attacked on sight no matter if you fed or not and no one would talk to you.
