Here is an interesting question, why is the email massage placed in quotation marks in the actual email, nor is it signed in anyway? Actually I take back my original theory, I think this whole thing may be a hoax.

We can still see your email address (edit: already been said)
Tiny picture though.
But anyway the only status this email can ever become is "unofficial."

I just find it hard to believe that Bethesda's first official response to the new patch fiasco to ANYONE, in the media and otherwise, would be to you and only to say "It will not be rectified". Sorry, but that's impossible to believe.

I'm not calling you a liar, I'm just saying I don't think that was an official Bethesda response.

The guy clearly thinks you are talking about the PC. He mentioned a PC only change and he said "Computer"

If it wasn't official then.... BETHESDA YOU SHOULD REPLY TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT COMPLAINTS YOURSELF INSTEAD OF GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO! You wouldn't have problems like these.

Just so you know, your email address is still visible in that picture.
I personally think you may have somehow sent your initial email to somebody other than Bethesda, and whoever that was decided to be a joker and sent this reply.

I'm thinking this because I still haven't heard back from the e-mails I sent Bethesda since Monday.

I posted a screenshot of the website so it was either them, someone who works for them playing a joke, or a 3rd party customer support

I just sent them a long email explaining a bunch of stuff and asking a few questions. I will post the response if they get back to me.

Guys, let me get this straight, i spend 60 plus dollars of my hard earned money to play a game for a few days then have game breaking bugs that then essentially make the game unplayabe? WTF. I waited for 1.02 and it still isn't working. I read the limited warranty information, doesn't look good legally, our exclusive remedy for the lack of the limited warranty is just replacement of the game or repairing of the game at the discretion of the retailer. Make sure to register with bethesda in 30 day period from time of purchase. This is highway robbery.
