Email from Bethesda explaining some of the patch

Post » Thu May 17, 2012 5:41 am

The email is probably meant to state that they aren't going to yank the patch itself off the market or anything like that, it's just extremely bad English but definitely not to be taken as Bethesda's official position on future patching period.

Wow, Talk about making a user base feel very insufficient. This is bad.

Hi,
"We apologize that the update caused an inconvenience for you. Unfortunately, this will not be rectified and the patch was made by design to implement a Memory limitation to the computer. We hope you continue to enjoy the game."

(my email)After the new patch 201/102 my play stations and many others work ok for an hour or 2 then the framerate drops to an unplayabe rate again THIS is the patch you said would fix the framerate for us but it only prolongs the lag for another 30 mins Speaking for the ps3 community i ask you to please fix the framerate completely

^This.

The OP is either being a T word we can't use around here, or he's from a country where English is not his first language, and used a translation website that has messed up the original text.

Either way honestly this email is utterly pointless. It's not an official public statement from Bethesda so it means basically nothing regardless of where it came from.

This is what makes me question the e-mails accuracy. Wouldnt it come from Bethesda Softworks or Zenimax?

e4e is a customer service outsourcing company. Bethesda may be using them for some customer service stuff. But them being an outside third party makes this email even less "official."
