What if I threw in Anibal Sanchez instead of Lilly?
Sorry, that wouldn't change things at all. My team is light on pitching because I intentionally made it that way. My attitude towards pitchers is similar to my attitude towards kickers and wide receivers in fantasy football, I use them because everyone else does and I kinda have to use them. I am almost never willing to pay much for pitching, and one of the best young hitters in the game is too much for ANY pitcher. I wouldn't trade Stanton for Halladay or Verlander, much less Lester. Based on past experience I am rather certain I will be able to find at least one SP on the waiver wire who will be at least as good as Lester, or a collection of guys that will do enough.
Also, like I said last night I like my team at the moment and am not ready to make any trades. I may be as the season starts and I realize how badly I screwed things up, but not now.
You know I wanted Reyes and Cruz, so see if you can come up with something. I glanced at your team, but I don't have time to really look at things right now.
I will keep you in mind as the season goes on, but as I said above I would be surprised if I made any trades before May.
EDIT: Does anyone else use the Android mobile ESPN fantasy baseball app? I can't figure out how to switch between my two teams.
EDIT2: Nevermind, it works now.
