"They're eating her............ and then they're going to eat me............. oh my goooooooooooooooooooood"

I'm surprised that hasn't been mentioned yet. Maybe it's lost it's hilarity at this point

Serenity

Wash: This landing is gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
Wash: [deadpan] Oh God, oh God, we're all going to die?
lol That line cracks me up still to this day. And then the next one:

Mal: (talking over the ship's intercom): This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then - explode.
Jayne: We're gonna explode? I don't wanna explode!

Best freaking movie!

And pretty much any quote from Grandma's Boy .. but those are not forum friendly. ;)

I think its the young and angsty Darth Vader who says it.

My favourite quote is probably
"You're hit, you're bleeding man!"
"I ain't got time to bleed"

No "nuke it from orbit" yet? That's useful in every conversation :teehee: Especially on the internet.

Well, let's do it formally:

"Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure." - Corporal Hicks, Aliens.

It's actually during the final fight, right until the end.

Also, my other favorite quote that made a whiney adolescent into a badass Dark Side flirt.

That and Samuel Jackson on Snakes on a Plane movie. "I have had it with these monkey fightin' snakes on this monday to friday plane!".

Hey, give Padme a break. It wasn't genocide. They tortured and killed his mother for no reason at all. An innocent woman who was starved and tortured and physically abused.

On topic for quotes :P: "They're like animals! And I slaughtered them like animals".

I'm sorry, but it's sort of justified. Though I agree that Padme, as goodie-two shoes as she is, should of had a mini rant. "You're starting to break me heart" or whatever she said in the third movie.

It may have been justified to someone like a commoner, Bounty Hunter or some scoundrel or a person who could seek revenge without consequences, but a Jedi is supposte to be above revenge. In fact most Jedi look down on revenge reguardless how justified it may have been. But that debate is for a Star Wars thread B) .

I will offer no comment, since I agree with the latter.

Some of them are rather long, so I'll condense them into Spoiler tags.
Spoiler
The President: Good morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world. And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in this history of mankind.
Mankind -- that word should have new meaning for all of us today.
We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.
We will be united in our common interests.

Perhaps its fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution -- but from annihilation.
We're fighting for our right to live, to exist.
And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice:

"We will not go quietly into the night!

We will not vanish without a fight!

We're going to live on!

We're going to survive!"

Today, we celebrate our Independence Day!

Spoiler
I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unaware of loss, Nor aware of gain
Withstood pain to create weapons, waiting for one’s arrival
I have no regrets. This is the only path
My whole life was unlimited blade works

The 2nd 1 I have a feeling people will not know - it's from FATE / Unlimited Blade Works

Where's the trolley boy?

In the freezer.

Did you say "Cool off?"

No I didn't say anything.

Shame.

Well, there was this bit you missed where I distracted him with the cuddly monkey then I said "Play time's over" and I hit him in the head with the peace lily.

You're off the [censored] chain!
