Normally I have maximum bars because I have 120Mbps internetconnection... Yeh the actual releasedate is today but I got it yesterday already haha!

i am from germany and think the connection is the most time really good, better than in other shooters. crysis 2 rulz

I have had it two days now and I have found a 3 bar signal once. If people arent playing it on the first two days of release...sadly they never will. I'm taking back tomorrow and will go back to modern warfare 2.

After 2.5 Ive taken it back , fired up modern warfare 2 and went straight into a healthy game of domination. Crysis didnt have enough people or the servers are messed up. Shame really.

I've been having the same problem... I have two or three bars during the match, but it's like my hits aren't even registering. If I'm lucky I can take someone else down, but otherwise it seems like everyone can hit me, but I can't hit them. I hope they fix the problem soon.

Same here. Today I had the drop on a player, shooting him in the back after unloading most of the clip from the scar into his back he turned around and dropped me in 3 to 4 shots. I'm starting to get really pissed off. I'm thinking of deleting everything and starting over and coming back when everything is fixed. My current K/D is .39 and I've never had a K/D that low. Looks like I'm back on Homefront for now.

Same for me as well. I put two entire clips of SCAR ammo into a guy's back once before he turned and killed me instantly. I quit playing B.O. because of this &$#@ and I'd hate to do the same here.

I also have never had a KDR below 1.00 in any game, (not a great player but I average between 1.30-1.80 for most games and that's with never sniping or camping), but I do with Crysis 2. If you don't have three or four bars you shouldn't even try to play. It will just frustrate you.

I am also thinking of sellling the game again and go back to Killzone 3 cuz that game is very good without lag... But i hope EA will fix it in a few days so then i can give it a try again.

All other shooters i played were good (except War for Cybertron) online

I got my first 3 bar signal today versus my normal one bar. With all the other FPS I play I generally have 3 - 4 bars. I hope a patch or fix or something is on its way cause I hate it when I am shooting someone center mass in the back to have them turn, glitch jump and butt-stroke me to the face. Lame. The only problem I have noticed with the single player mode is a short freezing during the check point save. Other than the few issues I have noticed I really like this game.

Internet lag happens, I get that. But C2 has the worst lag I have ever experienced in an online shooter. This game is about speed and accuracy, and terrible lag negates both of these things. I have seen killcam shots of bullets going through a 10ft thick wall and they still kill me. I get into a melee fight with someone, hit them 3 times when they don't have armor on, and they still kill me by shooting wildly from the hip everywhere. I constantly have one or two bars of connection, in every other game its rare for me to have three. The multiplayer of this game is really fun, but only when the lag isn't horrible, which it is most times. And for the love of god please get rid of the kill cam. All it does is give away your position if your sniping and show just how bad the lag really is. Kill cam, worst multiplayer idea to date!

That annoys me so much I made a thread about it. What's even worse is half the time these wild sprays result in a head shot!

This game could be better than COD if you only fix the damn lag!!!

And cmon, lvl 39 to play hardcoe? fix that too.

And that ridiculously loud menu music.... I use headphones and it svcks!!! Fix it.

i agree with the game modes claim. hardcoe or classic should be avaliable. not everyone wants to play fantasy version where everyone is cloaking.

I'm tired of reading about people complaining about the lag here. And how it supposedly takes a whole clip to kill someone.

I can safely assume that the majority of FPS players have been playing Call of Duty games for the lat 3 years or so. And yeah the shooting is responsive in CoD games. but thats because they implement hitscans as opposed to projectiles (when it comes to the bullets your guns shoot).

What does all this mean?

Well it all boils down to one main difference.

In Crysis 2 (as in Battlefield) you shoot where your opponent will be as opposed to where they are (if theyre running) because the bullet has to travel the distance to your target... because its what? a projectile!

Funny how you talk like you know something in a game when other people here for different issues such as lag, glitching problems, and problems with the servers. Many things on this game happen to other becuz of the simple fact that the SERVERS! If you don't have lag issues or server problems good for you kido then you don't have to worry bout it. If you have a better way of playing then hell props to you but don't sit here and tell us gamers from different areas that we don't have lag when you aren't sitting right here in our homes knowing what is going on when are telling everyone on a forum for fee back. Back off on other ppl's cases when I know for a fact these gamers are having issues. Me myself am having issue with the servers and lag and I never have any problems with any other games like I do with this one. So now that I have made my point to you how bout you start respecting other ppl when they are having problems and stop being a child.

me and my friend actually did an experiment if it's lag or your so called projectile theory. we prepped up our ps3's,called each other at home and luckily got opposing teams in one game. went somewhere like we were in love in the map. took turns shooting each other, did a little experiment etc.. and concluded that it was in fact lag. we both have 12 mbps internet speed in singapore, (and no we're not indians or chinese) and 50 bullets of scar sometimes didn't kill an enemy even though he's smiling in front of you.
