Horse Armour for almost 2 dollars was also ridiculous things like this are not out of the ordinary for Bethesda, its money money money money!!!!!!.
But you're talking about a title 3 generations back. (if you count a Bethesda RPG as a generation) FO3 didn't get horse armor-eqsue plug-ins, New Vegas didn't get them either. (unless you count Gun Runner's Arsenal, which you shouldn't, because it's far better than horse armor and fair in price) Yknow why? Because Bethesda realized Horse armor was ridiculous.
Hearthfire is supposedly a DLC they had to register the copyrights for, much like Dawnguard. I sincerely doubt that, if Hearthfire is truly a tiny miserable DLC like this, it would require Bethesda to submit a copyright request on the name WITHOUT us noticing Bethesda already working on another DLC. What you're suggesting is that Bethesda is taking a good 4-6 months -JUST- to develop and release this, and despite it's small size, they haven't even begun to register or work on the next DLC.
No no, if this were true, I'm sure we would've caught another copyright request by Bethesda for another name title. And why would Bethesda even bother naming it Hearthfire if it's nothing more than a glorified house building sim? Why not just call it "Buildable House DLC" instead of Hearthfire, and spare themselves all the copyright issues with the name brand itself?
I think a little common sense and logical anolyzation of the situation trumps the simple claim that "he
might be a credible source," yknow?
