Future DLC Suggestions (Not Dawnguard) - Thread #4

I think they should have a daedrick war between all the daedra gods. I think since you are all of the daedra gods champion wat if they found out and seeing how you can only be one champion for one true daedra god i think thay would be a sick story to follow and at the end for who ever you choose to go with they give you sick armor or a weapon,or just and upgrade from the artifact that you already have

The Thalmor. Let me fight the Thalmor. I'm growing tired of hunting them along the roads of Haafingar.

I just want to bring down their government single-handedly.

We should go to Elsewere since its never getting its own game and it sounds like an awesome place (not to mention a brilliant change of scenery)

reposted from another thread.

what if there's some kind of akaviri invasion, with tiger dragons, tsaesci, ice demons etc. and they bring asian style weapons and armor sets with them, katanas, wakazashis, throwing stars, spears, kimonos, samurai armor, qi based magic and fighting styles and so on.

maybe then you have to unite all of skyrim, nords, imperials, thalmor, and team up with skyrim dragons to fight off the the invasion, or side with the invaders.

obviously this is much larger in scope than a simple dlc, might require a full on expansion.

Besides my idea of more Jyalagg content (He didn't get anything in Skyrim, which calls into question just how canon SI is) I'd like something that delves into the eye of Magnus more

I want a underwater city like atlantis, and if you complete their quests you replace what ever the name of TES sea god is like you did for Sheogorath in SI. You could also unlike a trident as a new weapon, and the ability to summon krakens, sink ships, make hurricanes, Tsunamis the works

Included in a dlc I would want over 100 new weapons and armor.

UGH if there going to due a DLC with a underwater city, they should not do a cliched greek mythology rip off, it should a black, "monolith" , slimy, and abyssal, thing from nightmare, with ancient horrors that cannot be slain, similar to Ryleah from The Cthulhu mythos.

Being that Skyrim is based of old norse mythology, i'm not sure how an underwater city would work. I

I have faith that they would come up with a good adventure again for the next DLC and have good equipment as well, which is something I love. The main thing I'd like is more open area to explore in Tamriel.

It's cool having the dungeons, ruins, crypts, caves, alternate worlds or enclosed valleys to do your quest through, but there is something about just being able to walk out of a city and head into the wildnerness and explore and see what's out there. So having a piece of the continent added would be nice. Morrowind, High Rock, a piece of Cyrodiil, whatever.

I'd like to go across the sea of ghosts and explore the nord homeland, or whats left of it

Does anyone remember that old Fighting Fantasy book "Trial of Champions"

?

I'd like to see my Dovahkiin pitted against some of the mightiest mortal beings ever to grace the history of Nirn. We would be ported to a plane of Oblivion by whichever Daedra fits and gathered in a colossal otherworldly event and plunged into the single most enormous Dungeon ever seen in an Elder Scrolls game. We would also, as the Dovahkiin, be pitted against these other Champions through time. Some we may form alliances with, others, not a chance.

Sounds like Mortal Kombat

Aetherium armor, items, and weapons.

Armor for the Werewolf akin to the Troll Armor only made of ebony.

Giants in ebony/dragonbone/mammoth armor that are far more intelligent and dangerous.

Were-Sabertooth Tiger for the Khajiit and a Were-Raptor for the Argonians

New NPCs to fill in gaps due to missing or killed former NPCs.

Musical Instruments can be upgraded and turned into powerful artifacts. Think Pied Piper. Stroll into a fortress playing a lute and the bandits cannot see you, things to that effect.

The ability to enchant new stylized attack animations onto weapons.

Last but not least the power of the horse, so you can enchant a pair of boots if you want to run up the side of a mountain defying all laws of god and gravity.

Story wise I would love for the Dragonborn to discover a book of power that grants all of this plus more. Everything you unlock releases more and more powerful foes that wander Skyrim's roads and lands while you have to hunt them down and defeat them.

False. Skyrim is based off of Elder Scrolls lore and is in a different universe.

Elder scrolls itself is based on various cultures.

That being said, more norse-like content would be nice. Not blatantly copying those old myths but something close to them would be nice

I don't think so really. At a stretch I could see Norse and Roman Influence for Nords and Imperials respectively, but after that, not so much.

From what I know akavri is based on the far east, the rest I'm not sure of

The Tsacei are vampiric like snake men, who once controlled dragons. Then there is a tiger race, one I don't know and then something to due with frost beings.

Definitely more of Akavir.

I don't think we've gotten any of it. I personally would like more Jygalagg or something with ghost and ship wrecks.
