So I just got back from a gun shop by my house about 2 hours ago. I bought a 1942 Russian surplus Mosin Nagant, complete with ammo pouches and bayonet for just $100, Christmas money well spent if you ask me. Anyway, a friend of mine said I should think of a nickname for my first rifle, I was thinking of calling it "Ivan" since its a generic Russian name and this is a generic Russian rifle, but I'm willing to bet someone on these forums has a more creative idea so please share
