But that's just it. Any DLC that comes out could be made by a free mod.

Basically what you (and so many other PC players) say, is that you'd rather use free mods than official DLC. But if Bethesda didnt release DLC for PC, PC players would complain that Bethesda doesnt care.

No he's saying there's a user-made mod that's almost EXACTLY like this already and you're arguing a hyperbole, which is rarely a productive or objective argument.
We look to DLCs for production value that normal modders simply can't keep up with, but this? This was done in like ~3 months time by a modder. And it's free.

I was hoping the next DLC would be a big one, but I'm actually excited for this! I play on Xbox, so I know I will appreciate building my own house. Not sure how to feel about adoption- I guess I will have to see how that works.
