I found out that if you have an odd intel you get your left over half points adding up to an extra point on even levels. So yes odd intel amounts do work out just fine.

All of the perks are listed in the wiki. There are no LV30 perks, and Rad Absorption is the only LV28 perk.

This is partially true. You gain the points on the odd levels though. 5 INT gives you 12 points at level 2 and 13 points at level 3. If you have an odd INT value from LV1 to LV30, you will lose a half point because you only level up 29 times. Also, it is possible to max out 5 skills with only 4 INT.

I know you would think thats how it would work but im told no its on the even so maybe they spot you an extra half point off the bat.

The book says "However, take too much of the Casino's money and you're quietly asked to stop playing, and banned from the Casino," that's essentially all I found. There is of course multiple casinos, so if you're banned from one you still can gamble at other places.

Aliens, Bighorners, Bloatflies,Brahim,Cazadors,Centaurs,Coyotes,Deathclaws,Dogs,Geckos,Ghouls,Giant Ants, Giant Mantises,Giant Rats,Lakelurks,Mole Rats,Nighstalkers,Radroaches,Robots (wtf?),Scorpions,Spore Plants, and Super Mutants are all labled under a section called "Mutated Animals and Wild Abominations" so take your pick man.

Should have known a "professional guide" couldn't answer such basic question. Ah well

I double checked and Gecko's are indeed classified as a mutated animal, so you should be fine.

It is categorized as an "Abomination" so I don't think hunter applies to it.
