In terms of items, armor, weapons, crafting, unique items I can give people a quick answer because that stuff is listed in tables. Couldn't really find anything that talked about player housing in the index. Book is about 500 pages but I'll keep looking. For now though, wikia is usually pretty accurate with their information.

Owen and Beru-Somewhere in the deserted part of the Mojave Wasteland are two corpses. One looks to be a male human while he other is female lying next to each other. They look like they've been charred. Alas there's no power converter to loot.

- mini clamp: duct tape is just a general material used for crafting, based on some of the recipes, can't find anything about silencers, it just list the locations where you can buy modifications at. Certain places sell only certain modifications (pistol, small gun, shotgun, etc)

Can you list all the drugs please? And maybe what they do?

Veronica can be found at the 188 Trading post which is east of Goodsprings on the map it is located directly on highway 95.
Still looking for bunker, if you got a specific name that would be a big help.
