The Minigun and The Minigun CZ57 Avenger both require 8 STR minimum.

thanks - also I know the anti material sniper rifle is an 8 but didn't know if any had any higher then 8.

The guide says it requires "6-8" STR. Some weapons have STR requirements of 8-10 but I just went by the lowest number possible.

This is accurate. For those with the "weapon-handling" perk, the strength requirement for a weapon is 2 points less.

Where can I get Raul and ED-E (I think it was Primm, but not sure)? Also, where can I find Boone, seeing as I'll probably recruit him first?

Is the ranger armor that we see on the cover of the game considered power armor and do we need to have power armor training to wear power armor? Where can the rangers be found not the republic but the rangers?

All of the power armors are in the heavy weight class, the ranger armor is in the medium class, so I assume you don't need any training.

@any news on those houses? , aside from the wikia link, no. Still need to go through the guide in depth.

Anti-Material Rifle requires 100, a regular Sniper Rifle requires 75.

What is the average str requirement for most rifles and shotguns? Thanks.

Shotguns I would say are around the 3-4 STR range, skimming through all of the rifles, the only one that looks to go over 5 req STR is "This Machine". Everything else seems to be in the 3-5 range or lower.

Where is Novac (Boone's location) in relation to Goodsprings. Even the general direction (N, S, E, W) will be appreciated. Also, for the implants, I would suggest looking in the SPECIAL section. Maybe there's a bit on how to improve your stats?
