Where is Novac (Boone's location) in relation to Goodsprings. Even the general direction (N, S, E, W) will be appreciated. Also, for the implants, I would suggest looking in the SPECIAL section. Maybe there's a bit on how to improve your stats?

South (just a little bit south, mostly east) East of Goodsprings, right next to highway 95. No luck looking in the SPECIALS section.

Based on level and HP, the strongest creature is the Legendary Deathclaw (level 30) 850 HP with Knockback.
-edit- NCR trooper is level 33, but he only has around 190 HP in comparison.
is lockpick and science the same? by that i mean do you still need a skill of 100 to do the very hard stuff?

The guide doesn't specify any changes.

Can you list the unique melee and unarmed weapons with stats? What melee weapons can you throw besides spears? Can you mod melee/unarmed weapons?

I'm wondering how soon you can get implants, like if you need to have a friendly reputation, and where you can purchase them relative to goodsprings.
Also what is the best Melee/Unarmed weapons and where can they be located?

damn, well hopefully theres some sort of experience glitch so i can get those 2 skills up right away, or maybe you get just as many skill points for level up as in FO3, im not really sure. anyone know?

There is an exp glitch, send me a message if you want to know about it. ( it will ruin the game for me, so im not planning on using it)

There is an exp glitch, send me a message if you want to know about it. ( it will ruin the game for me, so im not planning on using it)


for some reason the messaging isnt working, but yes please tell me about it. i may not use it if it turns out you get a decent amount of skill points per level, but if you dont id like to get lockpick and science to 100 asap.

Yes: Sunglasses +2 Per,Tinted Reading Glasses +2 per, Tortoiseshell Glasses +2 per,
Laser RCW:50 skill req, EC Pack for ammo

3-5 STR req for Gauss

2-4 STR req for Tri

6-8 is the highest STR req for energy weapons

T-45d power armor: 22DT, 45Weight, 1,000 health, +2 STR, AGL -2 Rad Res +10

IMPLANTS:
The cost of implants are astronomical, even with a huge barter skill, you need caps in the thousands, or tens of thousands. They are not tailored to low level players.

Agility Implant + 1 AGL (End, AGL < 10)
Charisma Implant +1 charisma (End,CHR < 10)
Sub-Dermal Armor +4 damage threshold
Endurance Implant + 1 END (END, END < 10)
Intelligence Implant + 1 INT (End, INT < 10)
Luck Implant +1 Luck (End, Luck < 10)
Perception Implant +1 PER (End,Per needs to be < 10)
Moncyte Breeder: slowly regen lost HP 1 hp every 10 sec (need necessary funds and END)
Srenth Implant +1 STR, (END, STR < 10)

Purchased from Doctor Usanagi at New Vegas Medical Center and only there. Need Endurance to handle implants.

edit:S in your most recent post you posted 2 things i have querys about, one what is the endurance requirement for implants, we all knew there was one, but what is it exactly, and when you posted power armour stats you didnt show damage resistance, only threshold. i was under the impression dt was re-added, but now im wondering, is there still dr?

Yup, there are 9mm, 10mm, and 12.7mm sub machine guns available.

So is it true about needing END 9 to get all of the implants? Any limitations at all? Also, where can I get the Ranger Sequoia and how soon? Does it require joining the NCR?

Thank you very much for the info. The Four Eyes trait is looking quite good now. I have a couple more questions if you don't mind.

What are the stats on the best armor that doesn't reduce your stats?

Does the guide have the formulas for calculating skills based on stat points? Are they the formulas used in Fallout 3?

IMPLANTS:
The guide does not have much info on these, but I have talked to someone that has the game.

The seven stat boosting implants cost 4,000 caps each. The Sub-Dermal Armor costs 8,000 caps, and the Moncyte Breeder costs 12,000 caps. You need 1 Endurance for every implant that you want to get, so 5 implants requires a base Endurance of 5.
