Good points
1. Grow up a little. Nudity is not perverted. If prudence was determined by how much clothing someone has on than that would make gimps (people in latex body suits) the most prudish people on the planet.
2. Skyrim is already an M rated game. I know that there are a lot of underaged players but their parents shouldn't have bought it for them.
3. In Skyrim you can already lie, steal, kill and that's the small stuff. In a game that already has cannibalism and slavery I don't think a bare ass or two is really that much of a shock.
4. The Elder Scrolls is part of a genera that already lots and lots of nudity. Don't believe me? Watch Game of Thrones.
5. While I know games with nudity tend to svck because the producers can already count on massive sales regardless -or rather- in spite of the games quality. But Skyrim is already a finished product that is made very well.
6. While I understand there weren't really lightning spells, dragons, lizard people or all those other things in medieval times that doesn't change the fact that there also wasn't any underwear. Underwear wasn't even invented until... what... the Renascence. If PETA was as powerful as the ESRB Bethesda would have to put cars in Skyrim instead of "enslaving" horses.

Bad points
1. in spite of what I said before the sad truth is that far too many people find nudity indistinguishable from overt perversion.
2. A lot of people who will want this will want it for no other reason than to see naked people. For those of you who are of that state of mind; you're already on the internet already, you should know what to do.
3. Bethesda could face public scrutiny for adding nudity to Skyrim. Because the cannibalism and what not are fine and dandy and all.
4. for those of you who have noticed that the first three in this list boil down to "Some people are stupid" and are wondering where such people deserve consideration; stupid people do stupid things, and they do them very loudly. Case and point: Twilight.
5. Bethesda would have to work to make a nudity patch. I know that people have already made patches with the very same features for free but for Bethesda to do it with the same professionalism they've done everything else would require a monetary investment and man hours.
