level of sixual content

Post » Wed May 16, 2012 1:05 am

I'm old enough to buy the game and enjoy it and i have been a long time fan of TES so i have a basic idea of what will be in the game.

but i want to know what the level of sixuality is in the game, will it be a [censored]'s romp like Ass creed of more like oblivion were there is none at all?

this will be a deal breaker for me because if the game is overly sixual i will not be buying it.
i might get flamed for this but it's just something i don't like in my games.

I thought 'sixual content' was one of the reasons Skyrim got an M rating in the States though? If that's true then it's definately higher than Oblivion's level...

Why in the world would you think that? Oblivion got an M rating (after the rerate) and it didn't even have decapitation.

Well that's a little disappointing. What, only hand holding after we marry?

ESRB report simply notes sixual themes in the dialogue - references to [censored] or six and whatnot. No mention of implicit or explicit sixual content.

It did? Wasn't aware of that... But anyway, http://www.esrb.org/ratings/synopsis.jsp?Certificate=31575.

Content descriptors: Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, sixual Themes, Use of Alcohol

Ninja'ed! But yeah, I wasn't expecting anything explicit.

Alcohol and sixual themes don't get M ratings. That's T rating content. It's the blood and gore.

'sixual Content', but not nudity.

Seriously anything that shows clevage get's the sixual Content flag anymore. All I've seen is clevage, some semi-nvde statues and people in their underwear. The marrage six basically isn't there, not even a terrible BioWare scene.

Too bad that would be a deal-breaker, but to each their own...but I wonder, Assassin's Creed had ultra sixual content? Maybe the first game which I never played, but certainly not the sequel or Brotherhood, unless I somehow missed something blatant?

Not expecting marriage six, but damn, some dirty talk would be nice.

i have a problem with that. i don't care about a statue, someones shirt or a dead chick on the street who you robbed. thats the same amount of content in some pg movies or pg 13

but the rating industry clumps all this together, so its always a gamble when i buy a game.

The US is pretty prude when it comes to sixual content in anything. So a US M rating doesn't necessary mean the game is packed with six/six references.

This is not meant as an insult to the US.
I speak from experience since I'm dating an American. Always fun when the mother-in-law visits. " OMG, they are showing naked boobs on tv". Then she always looks away.

Good times :-)

That's still possible. I'm hoping the dialog trees you can have with whoever you marry will be a little deeper, and a little less circular than with most othe NPCs. Gonna get awfully boring awfully quick if after 150 game hours of sleeping in the same bed together you only have the same 5 or 6 things to say to eachother...

It got a 15 rating in the uk so there can't be much sixual content.
