I'll keep that in mind. I can't stand mayo, but will add a *teeny* bit to tuna in a pinch. Meanwhile, salmon is one of my favorite foods, but fresh, not from a can.
I assumed all salmon from a can would be terrible, but maybe it's worth trying.
You need to whip it up with a fork until it all gets to the same consistency. I'd recommend for an average can of salmon(I'm from BC so I assume that most cans of salmon everywhere are from here) one and a half fork fulls. It mainly depends on the consistency.
