Have you ever buried the needle on a blood pressure cuff/monitor? You do know that sodium intake at that level is pretty much suicidal, right? I mean, unless you do something to offset it...like smoking heavily while drinking melted pork fat at the same time...making yourself so unhealthy that you roll back over into healthy territory again.

I've never had high or low blood pressure. I don't know. I've killed every single health vice I've had except salt. I just can't do it. IDK lol

Arugula salad with mustard vinaigrette. Multiple types of quinoa salad. All sorts of Thai food.

Far too fancy for most days, but I'm spoiled in regards to everything culinary.

I told my mom not to claim my corpse when I die.

No worries. It should be well preserved wherever it may be for a thousand years, and still smell of that scrumptious cubed crack pepperoni sprinkled on Totinos pizzas. And ranch sauce...

Never really eat lunch myself, it's usually just various snacks throughout the day.

I have heard that its much healthier to eat six small meals throughout the day then three big ones.

It probably helps to absorb nutrients. If that includes sodium, cholesterol, and fat, with the diet of most of us here, that would be a very bad thing.

Potatoes, the sacred vegtable. I would be miserable without it and in a lot worse shape due to some unusual stomach conditions.

Edit
One of the few things I can eat without getting sick from.

Soylent Green

Unfortunately it's no longer made with "100% Pure People" damned economy has it down to 60% people/ 40% Monkey. Yet they still have the gall to continue packaging it with their motto "Soylent Green is People".

A 1% genetic deviation will hold up in court, unfortunately.

White tuna fish with mayo and onions sandwich. Graqes. Pomegranite Juice. Vegetable smoothies. Baked chicken with rice and red or black beans. Pizza once in awhile. Yogurt ice cream sometimes homemade. Black tea. Hot cocoa. Bustello coffee for that soul screaming electric feeling that says, "Am Awake! and I know it!".

Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Better to have solid versions for more fiber then the juice version.

Some virgin olive oil in as many foods i can put it in to keep the digestive pipes running smooth. Some people gulp it down with nothing at all which i tried but it was nastier then cod liver oil when i was a child.

Water.

I had some extra virgin olive oil in the kitchen, but... well... it's just regular olive oil now.

I tend to rotate between cheese sandwiches (anywhere), toasted teacakes if I'm at home, and cheese salad baguettes if I'm at uni. I'll always have some crisps and a water with it. Sometimes it gets boring so I occasionally spice it up by swapping lunch and dinner around, having a pizza at lunchtime and a sandwich at night.

I've started eating too much damned soup for lunch. Last week I realised that every single day I hadn't eaten anything 'solid' until dinnertime. Having a latte for breakfast then soup for lunch was making me feel queasy by about 5pm....
