Marriage options are all Kinda Ugly WHY!

Post » Mon May 28, 2012 3:48 pm

Look at the orc chief''s wives, The blonde girls in the market in markath, there are just many beautiful npcs and the choices for marriage are slim pickings :(

i mean i find old homosixual men being shocked im not married more than i do attractive females.. Its scary.

Huh.

Actually, I don't think any of Skyrim's characters are aesthetically attractive at all. The environments aare gorgeous because Beth knows how to do environmental art, but character aesthetics? Beth has never learned how to do this, like most Western developers don't know. They're not alone, so I guess that's comfort for them.

It's the same way with men.. all of the attractive male NPCs are not options and the ones that we can choose are 90 year old beggars. Blah. I ended up choosing Roggi, though I got mad at him for getting me killed over and over on this boss so now he just sits at home doing nothing.

I dunno OP, Ysolda's pretty hot. AND she's one more shop to sell junk in once you marry her. What's not to like?

People only choose Aela for the cleavage.

Maybe because it's just a game and not intended to be your virtual dating experience? I wish they would never had added this feature- keep companions, heck, let one of them move in and cook your meals. The moment they added romance...this stuff happens.

The lack of this for the marriage options is why most are disappointed.

my tragedy is that I was totally not thinking of marriage. no desire for it.

then I went to windhelm and met susanna the wicked. instantly decided.....I am gonna marry her.

a few hours later, she was DEAD. murdered!! Blood on the ice, oh my! NOOOO.

I married a nice blacksmith later.

Some people are mature enough to understand that wanting enough decent choices in game doesn't mean people are looking for dating sims.

Are you saying that half-naked cartoon people with eyes only a tad smaller than their boobs are "good" characters?

Heh ya know this is one of the few games where I'd say that the men, if not all the men, look far better than the women.

While I have a gripe about the lack of elves for my choice of husbands, I have plenty of nice looking fellas to take home.

They cook, clean, take out the trash, and help me kill dragons!
