What he meant was he hopes the DB has a death much like is own.

It's either heavy sarcasm or vengeance.

Basically, saying he hopes Mora ends up impaling you as well.

and knowing how fickle Daedric princes are its only a matter of time. HM could have roflstomped Miraak at anytime, but he would have lost an asset, so he let Miraak carry out his plans as if he were doing so in secret to get your goodies.

Sounds more like he wishes you to strike at Mora as you struck at him. Kill Mora, if at all possible.

He's not upset at the (last) Dragonborn since he seems to realize that he was used by Mora.

I'm pretty sure that Miraak wanted to die because the reason Mora killed him is because he was trying to escape. So Miraaks death was his escape and a great reward to him. I think he means he rewards you with the same great thing Mora rewarded him.

It'd be awesome if they expanded this with having to actually fight HM and try to kill him in an attempt to keep from becoming like miraak. Since the other princes have hinted we are more powerful than its been led on. I wonder how anyone could take on a prince and win. especially the prince of fate and knowledge. He's a ruthless and manipulative bastard, and id venture to say probably the most dangerous of the princes. Since he sort of has his tentacles in everyones pockets, whereas all the others have only smaller realms of influence.

Edit: maybe have to get the other princes to help? Boethiah help plot it and keep it from HM. And have to make a deal with Miraaks ghost to bring him back in exchange for helping us, then have to kill him again after we win

The quote is "may he be rewarded for his service as I am." Basically saying that he hopes Mora tosses you aside/kills you after years of service.

He didn't play you. Boethiah is the prince of deceit, not HM, so that is mere speculation on your part. He wanted the Skaal's knowledge, whatever that may have been. He never promised anything doing the MQ for DB, so there is no way to honestly say that he will or would turn on you. Miraak was obviously the one to abuse the situation and piss off a Daedric Prince.
