Ubisoft banned me from the HAWX forums for posting a collated bug thread for the game title. The reason givin was "trolling". I fail to see how creating a list of know bugs for the developer to read through, and posted in a polite and conciencious manner is trolling. But thats what bad developers do, they ban users and delete threads that show the company in a bad light.

At the very least Bethesda are letting you lot vent.

If those bugs should be in the american version of Dawnguard they should released the patch in 11/07/2012

As other used said I've contacted MS and Bethesda too and they send me to the other one to claim for my refund, so seeing that's the situation, I've just filed my action in the consumer protection office. Hope the Court make what we can't by ourselves.

This is...well...unbelievable. I mean if I read this Support Log correctly, they have "no Date yet", which definetly doesn't sound like tomorrow. So in my opinion we're talking about next week. Guess I join the refund movement now...
