Most annoying NPC voice?

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 1:03 am

Hadvar aka mr sporadic fake accent who has a serious genetic disorder to where he cannot voice his emotions or ask if an arognian is a relative of one of the riften dockworkers (who dont exist) ... who is possibly related to farengar.

Cicero, Argonian male, Karliah, Dunmer male (Australian) and the Belethor clones all over the map. And the male guard of course. And all children.
So just about every voice in the game haha.

For me it is Mercer Frey or the guy that does the voice for Vignar Gray-Mane, this voice is so annoying it makes me want to kill anyone with that voice.

Cicero and Belathor are the most obvious to me, but also the son of the jarl in whiterun just gets on my nerves.

I thought Belathor was great. Here's a guy that doesn't care about anything except getting your money in his pocket. I think the top 3 most annoying are all in Whiterun: Belathors assistant (I KNOW WHERE YOU WORK STOP TELLING ME) Nazeem: (He's dead) and Faengar-Secret-Fire (sounds like his still going through puberty).

All of the female Altmer I have encountered seem to have the same annoying voice as the merchant in Windhelm Niranye. I would guess they were going for a snobbish, prudish, a little too full of herself sounding voice . . . and they achieved it in spades.

None really. I think the reason Cicero doesn't grate for me, is I can just picture the guy who voiced him straining when he got to a particularly excited part. I bet he was a funny character to record...

Nazeem, and..... Ulfric Stormcloak. You know that "sitting on my throne and don't care anything else" attitude

I must agree that Cicero's annoying. The really annoying thing is that his face keep quite still, despite he's using a voice that would imply facial expressions out of the ordinary. I haven't had much to do with him, though, since I haven't done DB questline yet, only that first little quest where you help him outside Whiterun.

Heh. I like that. I think it's fitting that the jarls sit on their thrones looking down on the rest of the world :) But I must confess it triggers me to roleplay my characters to be a bit cheeky. 'Don't you think you're better than me just because you're the jarl. You're just a person like the rest of us. Oh, and BTW, I'm Dragonborn.'
