Most annoying NPC voice?

Ancano's voice actor made me think that I was watching one of those saturday morning cartoons for a moment.

Most of the voice acting is of quite good quality in Skyrim though.

Belethor

EEEEEEEEEEverythings on sale here, like people have suggested before it would be so much better if npcs said there opening dialogue just once and then it was replaced with a simple greet such as 'hello again' or 'welcome' - no need for the long opening every single time we speak to them.

The voice for Hircine. Sure, it's not that bad, but the fact that all ghosts (with a few exceptions) sound exactly like him annoys me deeply.

Whoever did the voice acting for female children did a good job of making them as annoying as hell.
I work with my mother; sell fruits and vegetables. It's fun most days but hard work. :P

Mercer Frey. If the voice actor who'd done him had only done him, then it would be okay. But the guy's voice shows up in so many different characters and they all sound exactly the same. The guy has one voice and that's it. For me, it's the most immersion breaking experience in the game because no matter who the character is supposed to be, they all sound like Mercer Frey.

Belethor, Viarmo... gods, try to listen to his King Olaf's Verse! Basically he does every third named male NPC in the game. However, I can't give him top honors for annoyance, even if he's ubiquitous. Number one awful voice is the very, very bad imitation of Max von Sydow. Esbern required a lot of extra dialog, and either they couldn't afford von Sydow or lost his address, so they went with someone who sounds cross between Kermit the frog and Yoda. Gah!

I forgot about that one. Yes, it's terrible, by far worst.
