Come to think about it, it's strange that I didn't blew up Megaton on most of my characters. I guess I like Gob and Lucas Simms very much. And the Deputy Weld.
I also hate pretty much everyone in Tenpenny Tower, exept Herbert "Daring" Dashwood, and sometimes Mr. Tenpenny. His intentions are bad, but he talks damn funny!

Hear hear. If the Survival Guru perk wasn't so good (another 3% crit is nice if you're snide), I swear I would never do her quest chain. "Ok, I want you to irradiate yourself, walk through a ghost town covered in landmines with a sniper there, and cripple yourself. After that, go on this research trip to plant this device in the nest of some really ANGRY armored giant crabs, but don't hurt them if they attack you." Yeah, insane. Thankfully not everyone in the Wastes is as bad as her (though Dave's up there on the nutso scale).

I'm not crazy about Moira Brown but I don't hate her either. I find her pleasant attitude to be an island of hope in the vast ocean of despair that is post-nuclear DC.

I hate female ghouls... any of them. ALL of them, their voice makes me nearly gag.

I hate that bastard too, though he somewhat redeemed himself before he died.

I hate him only marginally less than Madison Li. Perhaps only because I had to deal with him for a shorter length of time.

Yes, he really was. I also hated Tennpenny, so when I met him I took his cash, and then shot him in the head right after. I remember what they said in Rivet, "Did you hear about Tennpenny? Someone shot him in the head, like how they say you have to kill a ghoul.", or something along those lines.

Jericho, Tenpenny & Burke, Moriarty, Ashur, Obadiah. I can tolerate the rest. I actually try not to kill any NPC, unless is really necessary. Pity you can't dispose of Roy Phillips or some Tenpenny's Tower residents without killing the rest.

I disagree. I think the only thing more annoying than Three Dog is Navi. At least Three Dog has more than one line.
