I'm not a huge user of emoticons or anything, but I wonder what the chances are that these boards will move on from looking like it's 1999 - these are some pretty bad emoticons. I guess it's hard-coded into whatever engine these boards are based on (a lot of sites have these emoticons, minus the Fallout and Elder Scrolls specific ones).

Nope, almost all forum software allows you to add or change emoticons.

I prefer other packs, myself, but I've learned to live with this one. I've got too many in my own collection to sort through, so yeah... >.>

I just don't quite know who selected them, and why... like, why is there a Homestar Runner emoticon on the Bethesda boards? :cheat:

And this one seems to have some horrible white pixels left over on it.
