I imagine it fixes the 360's texture streaming problems, and other bugs people have ran into.

Keep in mind that "soon" is a rather tentative term, and unless they manage to bypass the MS certification process, this will likely take weeks, which is [censored].

I hope it fixes the flubber physics. I think rogue cauldrons flying at 300mph have killed my mage more than enemies have.

What exactly does this patch do?

It slowly sneaks up to you, pokes you in your side and mentions some nasty things about your mother.

On topic, as I'm a PC player I mostly hope the crappy shadow rendering get's taken care of.

I LOL'ed. This is certainly one of the 'fun bugs'.

This, as well as the Menu issues - the mouse is, by far, an annoying one.

Does it fix the destruction tree? If not, no care.

When do you guys think they might announce this patch? I'm really hoping its sometime this week. But on the other hand, I'd wait longer if they guaranteed to fix the weapon rack and placing items glitches.

Hoping for Broken Quest Fixes!

Personally couldn't care about the texture issues. I'd rather be able to play first than have it look pretty.

Just fix the damn save file - lag issue and I'll be happy. I can deal with the other stuff.

I seriously hope this fixes the 360 texture scaling issue. It isn't just here and there, sometimes it involves entire sides of mountains, weapons, hands, rocks, wood, floors, walls, and so on. Not game breaking by any means, but a little annoying when it looks like Windows 95 on the 360. That being said, the 360 is dated hardware, but there are games that are graphically more advanced that don't have the issue.

With all that, Skyrim is fun as hell but all the games that came out the past few weeks are going to make it hard to stay on just one game!

I don't care about any other problems besides the glitches with the weapon racks and placing items around houses.
