But seriously, there's an issue with guards commenting on your skills when they are in the 30 range, should of made it 50 or so.
It's too easy for guards to comment on your non-relevant skills.

Personally, my biggest complaint about the dialogue is that the race-specific greetings from Oblivion are gone. I really miss those.

I see you favor two hand. "Actually, my 2h skill is hardly leveled and I have a 1h and shield equipped"

Ah, you're that new member of the Companions. "Actually, I'm the Harbinger."

Keep your hands to yourself, sneak thief! "Uh, I've never stolen anything ever."

Don't go picking any locks around here. "I don't even know how."

Step aside citizen, this is Imperial business. We won't hesitate to attack you. "I'm your commanding officer!"

NPCs reacting to your deeds such as becoming the Harbinger or Arch-Mage would be nice if they were added. I swear if I am told that I fetch the mead one more time I am gonna go werewolf and eat these damn guards...

I was really surprised yesterday.

I took my first character to complete the mage college questline back to the college looking for a quest item (daedra heart). She had not been back there in 2-3 weeks, and as she was walking around in the building two of the mages still there started talking to her when she got too close to them.

One actually said something like, "You deserved to become the new archmage, and if you need any help with anything, let me know. I'll help however I can."

The other made an indirect reference to me becoming the archmage, but not as nice as the first one. Still, it was something.

I could not believe what my ears were hearing.

Finally, an acknowledgement that I was not just another mage-wannabe.

"Psst, I know who you are. Hail Sithis!" I love that every other guard is part of the Dark Brotherhood. Nice to know that we're in good hands, safe and sound.

I get annoyed by guards telling me that I smell of wet dog or that I have fur growing out of my ears every two seconds.

I wish! ^^ I haven't been called a high elf by anybody since the very beginning of the game when Hadvar and Ralof did. After that it is nada.
