My reaction to seeing the massive wall of text someone dedicated to writing due to a bit of lag that a minority are experiencing:

Learn to be concise.

Btw, consider getting another hobby.

He was talking mostly about the game crashing.
Nice try though

To the OP: As much as most will appreciate your polite candor, unfortunately, we all just have to wait till the 1.4 patch is finally released. I haven't seen Any Bethesda employees really respond directly to these open letters before (there have been a couple written now)

even Bethesda's straightforward games from the passed (like the Redguard adventure game) was littered with bugs, Bethesda just can't seem to make a non-buggy ES game. I'm going to actually google all their old sports titles they used to make just to see if those were shipped with bugs too.

Great post OP. Agree with every word.

The sad part is, you won't get a response. In fact I doubt anyone from Bethesda will even read what you said. Certainly they don't care, and they won't respond. You're more likely to get your thread closed by the mods than get a response from Bethesda.

Bethesda, hang your heads in shame.

Passionately put……..but 1.4 is imminent and it may have been better to wait and see how that works out, you never know all of our Skyrim problems may be resolved in a few days........or not.

Majority of users on this PS3 hardware and software issues reporting forum are experiencing it + broken quests + freezing. Why else would "somebody" be on this forum???
Learn to be concise.
If I were to be concise, I would have been unable to state my case as eloquently, and as brief, as the OP.
Believe me, it is frustrating to have to put away a game so immersive , because its un-playable.

Like flaming posts???
(Didn't want to reply to this, but just could not resist... the ... urge..)

To OP;
Your expressions are a credit to the english language, and could not have said it better myself ( this should be stickied )

Great letter Op.

What's so upsetting is that this could easily be the game of the year...if only the bugs were fixed. If the game content was garbage, then no one would be on here crying about the technical issues.

it's like talking to a beautiful girl behind bullet proof glass.

Then why are you here? Go play your perfectly working game while we "minority" wait for ours to be fixed.

Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll..!! Guess your game is running fluently then, no bugs, lags, crashes..? Then why are you here, in the "Skyrim hardware and software issues subforum".....?????

Bra sagt, kompis!

Translation: It's -30C and it makes me feel like a true Nord IRL. I'm choosing to ride my bike to work today, despite of the weather, because I can't play Skyrim on the PS3 - so I might as well make some cash instead!

Seriously, show me a video with a savefile bigger than 12 mb and non-stop playtime more than 3 hours with many fast travels without a lag and freeze issues and then I can believe not everyone has the lag.

I agree with much of what was said in the original post, but I cannot help feeling disappointed because there is nothing we can do.

- The game was shipped broken to PS3 owners and that seemingly will never be acknowledged...ever.
- The game keeps winning awards and that is ALL that shows up on the Bethesda Blog. Bethesda's view of itself is not "damn we need to make this right" but is instead, "Everything is fine...see the game is great...everything is fine!"
- Todd Howard will be the keynote speaker for GDC in a few weeks and again people will pat him on the back for making a BUNDLE of money. (The game is BROKEN, so how Todd is a paragon of game development?)

Each of use writing a heartfelt letter here is pointless, it might be cathartic, but in the end it will not move the company to do better or solve the issues.

Great post OP!
I think Bethesda is waiting that we get tired from waiting so they can get away with it,just like before!
Oblivion was my first Beth game, then FO3 but skiped FONV,when i heard about its problem, and bought Skyrim becouse I belived that "nwe engine" will do better!Well,we all know how much "better" it is!
My English is bad,unlike yours!

What I dont understand is, how is Sony not getting involved with this. Its going to cause massive losses for them as well. Personally, I will think twice about buying a PS4 and will probably buy an Xbox instead due to the terrible ports that the Playstation seems to get.
