First: He is not trolling, you can check his facebook page when you click on his profile.
Second: I guess he is Dutch, In the Netherlands you are already able to buy the game because of some mistake from someone.
There are quite a few people in the Netherlands who already have the game. (Me being on of them but I have the PC version so its useless till 11-11-2011)

Quick question for OP.

Is the Player Char. able to just walk or is it like Fallout 3 & New Vegas where the default movement is a jog? I would like to be able to walk for immersion reasons and hope you don't have to just lightly move the joystick in order to walk. Like in Fallout, when you do that your PC just walks, runs, walks, runs. It looks bad.

The PC had an option to toggle between the two.

...didn't know the consoles didn't have it.

Elion, could you please list the perks for Light Armor, Lockpicking, and One-handed?
