This game is really great ! The face's of the npc's and just the way they are acting is very naturally and human. in oblivion i dont give a **** about killing those ugly f u c k s,But now i really have a problem with killing innocent villagers :mellow:

How about depth? Books, dialogue, politics and such?

I can answer that one, there similar to Oblivion. Some books have more pages to read then others. Some have 5 pages some are just 2 pages and some even have 14 pages to read in one book. There are new ones as well, journals to be found on characters, notes to locations and there are notes on bounty jobs available. I won't say to much on that.

As far as dialogue and politics is similar to FalloutNV as far as opening up options with perks such as a high speech will open up (persuade) etc. Politics not sure what you mean, not a strong area for me. You mean like Factions having wars or one hates the other etc.. this is in there.

head bob isn't as pronounced as I thought it would be. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1-10. 10 being heavy. I would say 3. It is done nicely, and will not give you a dizzy feeling. AFAIK, no there is no such option to turn it off completely. I asure you though, it is done nicely. How the controls and character movements are on the 360 controller are very fluid. Same goes along with character animations. It's very nicely done.

Have you done any sneak attacks? How easy is it to one shot with double daggers?

300 damage with two daggers at 6 if you multiply it by 15, so I'm assuming they are badass.

yes, but I haven't updated it yet, because I don't have wireless on my 360. I have to undo everything and take it out to the living room and hook it up to the modem directly. I have a small child that comes here once in a while and likes to power on and off the 360 so I pulled it out of the living room. So yes, i have it, just not updated.

Okay. to update some previous question without qouting them. you can map buttons on the 360, confirmed.
Can remove "floating markers" thats hud markers ... nothing else i think...
dragon bodies go away really quick actually.. withint a couple of minutes of ingame time the dragon bones where gone..

Granted I don't know what setting they were playing on, but basically they could just flame someone down pretty much in a second, not lose much mana, and not get hurt at all. From deers to draugrs, not much difference.

Its variated in area and type of enemy. just perfect. but you overpower a magic spell early. its logical you get op..

There is a option to change difficultly. I can tell you, most of those guys had to been on easy, cause it's not like that at all. It was very hard to fight a dragon and or enemy on the highest difficulty. This is someone who plays TES on hard mode all the time. Although this one is called "Master" difficulty. Skyrim to me, felt like a very hostile environment opposed to Oblivion.

Awesome! Can you test the install issue? I'm worried about it because I won't have xbox live for some time, and not having a patch will let us know for sure if there is a bug. Thanks and if It's too much trouble don't worry about
