Hey Elion, thanks for taking the time to post!

Could you give us a list and description of all the perks?

Light Armor, Lockpicking, and One-handed are particularly lacking information on the internet.

Is there a way to walk in the PC version WITHOUT using a gamepad?

If you mean how the anolog controls with forward motion will feel, I think we will loose that on PC with only having a "on" or off button. anologs are able to control forward, side, and backwards movements much better then a W,A,S, and D keys. Only thing I can think of is getting a pressure sensitive Keyboard so you can still have also, the mouse accuracy. How the 360 feels with anolog controls is very fluid. Jumping, running are very nicely done.

MANY venues in Europe started selling their copies of Skyrim yesterday, so a TON of people were able to get the game already
And also, shipped games from Amazon and such sometimes arrive early, so some people have the game early cause of that

I find the people who are posting in this thread saying constantly "You know its illegal right? You know your breaking the law right?".. just ask your questions! No one likes a snitch or a buzzkill.

Anyway, my question has to do with player housing, can you describe it a little bit for me? Can you put things on the walls, all around the house? Any chance that you can take a stuffed head of an animal you hunted and put it on the wall?

Awesome! Can you test the install issue? I'm worried about it because I won't have xbox live for some time, and not having a patch will let us know for sure if there is a bug. Thanks and if It's too much trouble don't worry about :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can still get game patches with an XBL silver account. At least I hope so because my XBL runs out on Friday...

A lot of PC games that are released on other platforms don't even include a walk toggle key for the PC users, which is very frustrating. I'm hoping Skyrim doesn't skimp on such a little thing.

I don't like installing my games to the HDD, why I guess its a personal choice. I am playing off the CD and the game loads fine and runs great. I don't have the patch either and it seems to run just fine. There were very very minor areas where the texture stayed in ultra low textures. I notice this mainly when I was riding on the horse outside and riding fast. I just went inside and came back out and it was gone. Before I put Skyrim in my drive, I did clear my cache and wiped out all my old saved games. So I was running a fresh clean drive. I don't like clutter on my drives, same goes for my PC. I wipe out my HDD religiously. I have a 2008 Xbox360 and a smaller HDD version. I think it's 20GB. I do plan to update it once I see what is patched, I don't want to update it if it's to solve a HDD loading issue. I don't have that problem.
Yeah IF I install it, it will be my first, and the only reason I want to install it is I'll be playing this game a long time, so I've heard It's easier on your console plus quiet if you install it, and I have a feeling I need to be careful with... One year and no problems yet *crosses fingers* thanks anyways :)

oh sorry, I may have missed it, many pages to cover.. Oh yea, I realize the slots, but I was sorta hoping it only counted for armor, seeing as shirts dont cover your legs like armor tends to.. but I guess thats not the case :/ There goes my last hope

edit: oh wait, the poster below me is actually right, legs? you sure?

That might be a spoiler, but your first "fight" with a Dragon is with help yes. By help, I mean at least 8 well equipped soldiers(Didn't count them all). For me it was a challenge cause I was on the highest difficulty. It was done at least 5 times for me before I could get past that part. I either really svck at games, or it really was hard. I don't think I would consider myself a rookie TES player either. I have been around since MW, OBL, and now Skyrim. I always play on the hardest, just feels more real to me and challenging.

Quick question for OP.

Is the Player Char. able to just walk or is it like Fallout 3 & New Vegas where the default movement is a jog? I would like to be able to walk for immersion reasons and hope you don't have to just lightly move the joystick in order to walk. Like in Fallout, when you do that your PC just walks, runs, walks, runs. It looks bad.
