In terms of combat how difficult are the enemies early on.

i've PMed you these question since they might not interest anyone else but me and it'll be easier to answer them this way. it'd be better that if you know the answers than PM them to me instead of posting them here. i think no one goes as deep as i am into the mechanics of the melee and most will care less than I.

anyways, if you are playing a melee character you might be interested in testing these things out yourself.

1) can you bash with all melee weapons (1 handed as well as 2 handed) as long as you dont equip anything in the other hand? (bash by holding "block" and adding "attack")

2) what happens if u equip a spell + weapon and pull both triggers at the same time?

3) does bashing cause stagger on enemies even if they are blocking or attacking you? (is bashing a valid way to break enemies defense to allow easy attacks or preventing incoming attacks instead of blocking?)

4) do power attacks with a weapon cause staggering on all humanoid enemies (bandits, guards, draugrs, skeletons etc)?

5) is there a difference between blocking before an enemy is attacking you or timing your block just as he swings his weapon at you? does timing your block have any advantages over just holding it in advance?

6) can you change the distance of the 3rd person camera by holding down the right stick and moving the left?

Can a thief defeat a dragon?

This already been asked. Read the other pages, man. If people keep asking the same questions over and over again, there will be like 8 pages and the guy will be : "Heck no! I'm not browsing every single damn posts and loose 2 hours of playing the game".

EDIT : Someone should browse the questions and compile a list that'll be easy to read so that our OP lad here will have easier time to browse through them. Not me though, I'm at work.

How is enemy variety so far?

VERY dumb question but here it goes.

Do bodies disappear in Skyrim after you loot them, or do they stay like in Oblivion/F3/F: NV, meaning that they vanish after several days?

I hope it is the latter, It would be pretty silly and immersion-breaking if they would disappear before our very eyes.
