PC Screens : V - Skyrim

Crudr and primitive based off you tube videos? you need your head examined, Dark Souls has some of the most innovative, moden features of ANy rpg, the online interconnectivity to Sp is innovative, the game has someof the most impressive designed areas, levels and the best combat ever... Anyone looking at a you tube video cannot see any of this. The creature design in DS makes skyrim look generic. Its known for it. Sorry, your biased, play the game before spewing garbage. You can be a fan of skyrim and other games.....Not be a blind sheep.

If you don't nor can't understand the concept of personal preference, then i'm affraid we're unable to maintain a conversation.
I ****don't like **** Dark Souls aesthetics. Period. I just don't like them. And no ammount of insults is ever going to swerve my mind.
I dislike its visuals.
Otherwise it's the greatest RPG ever made, i'm sure.

I have removed a few post bashing consoles. Don't go there. Should it continue we will lock this thread because we don't have time today to make sure folks don't get into platform/console warring.

This is your one chance not to continue in this fashion.

Honestly a screenshot thread just for PC is just asking for problems anyway. So....stop it. :toughninja:

Don't really care that much about the graphics. Morrowind was/is still my favourite game with or without supersharp graphics.

in the picture fame posted, the only really noticeable thing was the mountain had far more detail on it, otherwise not that much of a difference, at least in the screenshots.

LOL, not surprising, if anything it was the console posts out of line and upset Pc guys just posting facts. Ridiculous.

Well, apparently PC gamers should not be posting PC screenshots, in a PC screenshot thread, because it causes trouble. Mods must be British, sounds a lot like British law, whereby the criminal is the victim and the victim the criminal. Got to love it.

Screenshots don't always translate (I can tell you this from taking screenshots in many games). IGN reviewers said the PC version looks WAY better, and they have played both versions.

I own a PS3 (which I highly enjoy), but will be buying the PC version. Console hardware is over 5 years old, but developers have done a great job recently of maximizing the hardware and optimizing their games.

Skyrim looks great on the consoles from the videos I have seen, but stop kidding yourselves, the PC version will be graphically superior, period. To say otherwise simply reveals a bias towards console systems.

What's with all this senseless bickering? A game running at a higher resolution will almost always look better than the same game at a lower resolution, and that's not even going into details the console versions don't HAVE. Why is this thread eight pages of whining with barely ANY actual PC screenshots? Why should anybody care about your stupid "no consoles look just as good" "no they look better" "no they don't" argument when it's been played out over and over again, across time and space, since the DAWN of PC and console-kind?
What does it matter? Why aren't you posting screenshots?
And if you really want a "general screenshots thread", feel free to demonstrate a method to easily capture screens on a 360 or PS3. As it is, the PC version is the only one with easily accessible screenshot support.

Hmmmm. Despite the thread title, I doubt anyone would object to somebody posting a console SS in this thread. I assume its titled "PC Screens" just because its easier to take SS on pc. I know if posting SS of your char is prohibited on these forums, just because its on pc, I for one wont be using them any longer.

Just my two cents. :confused:

My side is not to bash any platform or console. And we all play the same game. We can have a screenshot thread for all to post in regardless of platform/console or none at all.

And perhaps you should read the rules prior to posting more. Then you would know this sort of question of a moderator is not allowed on the open forum and would have sent me a pm to accuse me of being one sided. BTW, I play on pc.

This thread is closed. We can have one screenshot thread in the spoilers section for all screenshots regardless of platform or console or none at all.

Maybe one in mods section for modded screenshots after mods come out.

Threads that limit who can participate don't do well so it's best just not to have them.
