PC Screens : V - Skyrim

This is how my PS3 version looks. Get over yourself, PC kids.

On the other hand. Im getting it on the PC from steam at midnight.

Hiow old are you? The fact that PC has better graphics is just that a fact, consoles are 5 years old, why would that make console kids so angry? Its a technoliogical fact...... Wait for the Lens of truth articles where PC puts consol to shame...again.

I can go with that to some degree. The pc does have better specs, but it doesn't show that much on the PC version. That's my Point!

And, why the hell does age have something to do with this? If it minds you, im 21.

My point is, if they wanted to make only you guys happy, and make even less money, they would have made Skyrim with Battlefield 3 graphics. But they didn't. So get over yourself and your pc, please.

You need to get over the fact that your 5 year old console is outdated... How does utilizing the PC hardware make them less money and only us happy? The console versions would still be identical to what you have today, the PC version has NO effect on console, you dont even make sense, stop being a jealous kid.

BF3 did this with no issue.................

You need to groe up, the PC version loosk significantly better, even without beth puttting much effort into using all the PC hardware.... Then there are the graphics mods.

They're just jealous, and it shows. Not even worth the time or effort trying to show them different, they're delusional, and no amount of rational explanation will change that.

Consoles with the graphical power of a gaming PC, oh dear, someone's been smoking the good stuff.

I am not, im just saying what's right. They built the game around Xbox360. You don't need to be a genious to figure out how the graphics will be. And, still. The pc users argue that the game will look 1000 times better. Seing these pictures just confirm my statement.

It does..... IGN, many other sites already have said the PC version looks a LOT better. Screens are useless.

Wrong, screen shots dont show muhc seeing a game in motion is totally different, wxplain why IGN, iup, etc, etc.. say the pc version looks way better? Explain why Digital foundry, lens of truth?

ALL games are made on PC and made to run on console using dev kits... FACT. GAmebryo is a PC engine, FACT,. Your in denial and thats fine, stick to your 5 year old tech.

Most people are either expecting too much from a DX9 title or they are blind, I can compare this for 360 and it was much more fluent and crisp on PC.
PS: Console wars is about the dumbest thing people have ever done, we all share the interest of this genre why does someone care if they get to see it 100% the experience is mostly the same...

It is not a 1000 times better. Some people are overreacting.
It's a console port and we all know it. But the default advantages of the PC can only be experienced when gaming on it.

For example:

The draw distance
The resolution
The slightly tuned textures

No console can have stuff like that. And no proper comparison can be made with pictures taken from different places in the game

Even though the PC version does look better it isn't by leaps and bounds like what you see in other instances. PC texture resolutions are still a bit meh and yet again the draw/LOD distances are weak.

PC version looks mediocre, as I expected. It doesn't look bad, but not amazing either. It looks pretty good.
The PC version looks "the same" as the console versions, but with notibly better AA.

The visuals are very far from the best today, but they're definitely good enough for such a huge, detailed game.

I'm happy as a PC player, Elder Scrolls/Fallout 3 fan and gamer in general.

Im no console kid. Im a PC user, but i bought Skyrim for both the PS3 and the PC knowing i would get the PS3 version first. You, get over yourself.

mediasneak.com have posted a few screenshots they say its running skyrim on ultra the cave glow looks nice.

Textures in those pics look too blurry,and geometry too edgy.
I really hope this isn't ultra.
This barely has any difference from Oblivion..

Umm no, The draw distance on PC is 3-4 times longer then console, IGN comments on this for a reason. Screen shots are not a good way, seeing it in motion is totally different.

Of course i am taking sides, all this is making the console users worried they will get a [censored] game, which isn't true. And the transfer from PS3 to PC won't be much of a improvement to me, if you look away from mods.
