I can't remember exactly where I ate, I am terrible at remembering chinese names. My uncle lives close to the chinese border (shen zen?) I stayed with him there. I ate at the night market a couple of times, sitting on this little red stools and watching the street is awesome. He has a house keeper and she did really good fish and stir frys a few nights. I had crab and sea urchin roe. I didn't like that. I had a really nice thai curry one night too...

Shen Zhen is the name. Yeah those places are real local, still strange you cannot find a bakery there.
