I am guessing you are PC? Once I get to just before the last mission I am going to want to play MP just to get the readiness.

I feel I'm a bit sad for repeatedly watching this video snippet just to hear the incredibly silly piece of incidental music.

Like I mentioned earlier, I don't think they should try to "redo" the ending. It may svck/be disappointing, but caving to people complaining and changing something that major about a game would be a bad precedent to set. And also, if they believed in that ending enough to put it out there in the first place, they should stand behind it. No matter how much I dislike it.
