Warriors have a weakness of being short range.

Mages have a weakness of being easy to kill

Archers have a weakness of limited ammo.

These are common knowledge to all gamers.

The system is already balanced.

Ever hear the phrase 'if it aint broke, dont fix it' ?

which is what?

AND we are back at the original argument about Balance argument. I am done, if you cannot understand this or even think of a good second resource that also does not screw over your one thing you were talking about ("lore-friendly") then you will not enjoy this game or ANY MMORPG.

They can all wear heavy armor, what was that about easy to kill? Warriors have leaps and grabs to shorten the distance. and archers would probably use medium armor, which ALSO does not give much protection. You have OBVIOUSLY not played an MMORPG.

which is as i quoted below "Mages do not need a second resource. They are already balanced by their weaknesses."

and you're half right with that mmorpg thing. if it's casualised too much i'll just grind through it in one week and quit.

THey are ranged fighters who MIGHT use light armor (only one step below medium which an ARCHER MIGHT USE). both are easy to kill and the MAge does not have the second resource. i am done with this topic. you obvoulsy HAVE to be ether compltely uncaring about balance (which means you have never played an MMORPG) or you just like arguing for the sake of arguing.

Your own poll is even against you at this point.

And we're done for another thread. A pleasure, as always. Think I'll follow Talaran's advice in future and just steer clear of the next one.

Have fun.

It's not just hitting level 50 in a week is the problem. Hitting level 50 isn't even the end of the game. He still would have over 600+ hours of just PvE content to do. That is mathematically impossible to do in a weeks time.

well the good thing about mmo games is people can set their own "end". will he finish all the content? no way in hell but he might achieve his own personal goal. still why spend 60 bucks for 1 week of play?

Not saying that was his personal goal, but if just reaching max level is your only goal for an MMO then it's probably not a genre of games you should be playing.

Oh, sure mages can wear heavy armor if they want to, but they have to sacrifice for that. Mages need magika. If they build magika they are not building health. If they are building heavy armor skills, they are not building spells. In the end they have a mage with high armor, no health, or low magika and weak damage spells that still dies to a specialized archer in 2 shots.

No sir, YOU obviously have not played NOR understood the mechanics of any MMO of any kind.
