But the exclusivity deal is already over so surely they can't make another agreement after the fact. But I agree that they're doing a great job of alienating PC and PS3 users. Personally if I played it on PS3 they would never get another penny out of me.
How do we even know the exclusivity deal is over? Bethesda has never said anything to answer this. All we've had from them is yet another vague statement that two
somethings (add-ons, DLC, take your pick) would be exclusives, and that statement could be lawyered to mean
only two or
at least two.
And even if the exclusivity deal is over, there's nothing stopping Beth and Microsoft from entering into yet another exclusivity deal that covers any other add-ons or DLC that may come out. And we don't even know how many of those there will be. All we have is Pete Hines' statement that "we're not done working on Skyrim content." What does that mean? It could be another complete DLC, it could be a couple more patches to "fix" bugs, or it could be a horse armor pack.
