Yeah, I sure hope we get news on its release tomorrow along with the new DLC trailer. I'm actually really curious to see the new DLC in action and to see if this ones going to be the "meaty" DLC we've all been waiting for.

Will it be delayed by the storm do you think?

I need to check out Morrowind, is it on PS3? Skyrim is my first TES game so I've got no idea what the other ones were like. Have the other games suffered the same issues as Skyrim on PS3?

If they announce DLC for the PS3, I implore everyone to exercise caution.
We remember Fallout: New Vegas right? Broken, ported game gets ported DLC and becomes unplayable.
If they release DLC for the Playstation I am going to let the review sites go through it before I do anything.
I'm sure there will be some on these forums as well. I hate using you guys as guinea pigs, but you will definitely give an honest review.

Developers can sometimes be geared to use a certain platform as a core development machine, there are many corporate reasons why a certain platform is favoured and unless we are in the industry, exact reasons would be speculative.

Beth seems geared towards XBox, just the way it is.

Just saw this. Well that svcks! Still other companies seem to be able to handle ensuring that their product reaches consumers for different platforms without the same issues that Skyrim seems to be suffering (the folks who were talking about Borderlands 2 are on the money! That game is bananas and they already have out a Pirate add-on with new content as well as a new character class you can download for cash money! I haven't had a problem with B2 yet on my PS3CombatMonster and that includes playing 4 player co-op with my buddies in other countries but its early days and you never know!).

I don't think Bethesda are making an intentionally buggy product but their lack of information and communication with PS3 users on this issue doesn't reflect well on them at all.

I'm still going to buy all the DLC when it comes out! See how optimistic I am!

Morrowind had a release on the first Xbox, but i heard it was a bad port(go fig eh?) from the PC. If you have a pc that is even 5 yrs old, you can play it easily as Morrowind was released in '02 i think. it had two expansions; Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Even without expansions that game was epic. If it had the visuals of today, imo, it would give Skyrim a run for its money. Seriously.

You read my post wrong i think. TESIII: Morrowind was a PC game. The port of it from PC to the first Xbox is what i was talking about. The ridiculous feuding that goes on between the Xbox 360 and PS3 camps(by some of their more enthusiastic proponents anyways) did not exist yet, as there were no 360's or PS3's yet.

Essentially the trailer for the new dlc will be shown tomorrow. However, what some are at least expecting could be an unofficial official confirmation on the status of the ps3 dlc. Since the exclusivity deal with Microsoft was only for the first 2 DLC's, the trailer should have the logos for all three systems. However, if the trailer only shows the logos for xbox and pc, that could meant that essentially bugthesda won't release the dlcs on ps3.

At least BF3's PS3 timed-exclusive DLC's is only 14 days, unlike Microsoft's timed-exclusives. Too bad BF3 svcks.

I currently am 70 hours in Dark Souls (first playthrough) installed 1.06 around 55 hours and not once that game has crashed, plus I just found out that I can upgrade my scimitar to +6. I've been running around most of the game with a scimitar +5  Started a new game on Skyrim, 3 hours in, already have 4 crashes    For what game I should get DLC??? The one that with the more you pay, the more the game will crash or Dark Souls?

Morrowind was fantastic for its story and customization(except armor-that was a bit too ridiculous), but the mechanics were absolutely horrible(except spellmaking), especially combat and a lack of magic regeneration. And the UI was an absolute nightmare

There is one thing we know for sure already: A video tomorrow is NOT going to tell us Dawnguard is coming to us. If Dawnguard was completed we would have been told. How realistic is it that they can't deliver Dawnguard for 3 months but they are going to deliver something new they have had even less time to port to the PS3? Brace yourself gentleman. Peter Hines isn't going silent because Bethesda is coming to embrace us.

The point is that they might announce that the new DLC will work for PS3 also. Not necessarily Dawnguard, but a new DLC anyways. That'd be cool too.
