Im not to bothered about the delay but it would be nice to jump online with the guys after work, atleast crytek have extra time to get a decent patch sorted now, lets hope both psn and this game are fixed asap

I got the game on the day PSN went down and still haven't been online. I've heard that it might be tomorrow (Tuesday) or even as late as Friday. But it comes online when it comes online, we're just going to have to wait....

As for me, I got Homefront on Thursday. I wouldn't of minded too much, but its getting a new game and not being able to play it online that's infuriating.

i read about it on FOX news today and playstation said they didnt know when the PSN will be back online and that they worry the hackers my have gotten users credit card info

hey guys this is all that needs to be know. unless you get this information from the SONY's site its not legit. thats just fact. i mean their not going to give other people information before they update their own ****. thats just not the way the japs go about things. lookon playstations site. or IGN.COM those only 2 legit sites for PSN's news and information. oh and also be ready for a quite sizable update patch to be d.laoded. those boys have completley revamped the infastructer. which makes me glas their taking their time and fixing this problem thorougly instead of doing a quick fix and having same problem 3 months down the road ya know.

Why the fck is this site taking soo long to respond

The problem is if Sony was to give out an estimated time of when the PSN should return, and they were wrong, everyone would then attack them saying why they didn’t just say something else. All they’ve said is their working hard on restoring it, and can’t comment on information loss at the moment.

Not to mention their rebuilding their network infrastructure, which will benefit gamers in terms of security. So I really can’t see the issue here.

Of course, everyone is wondering if their information was stolen, which is rightly correct. But the amount of topics, blog posts, and crap about it being down has gone well out of hand.

maybe this will benifit us!

if they are redoing the infrastructure, we might see more stable connections and faster connections speeds in game and on the network

or it might turn around and bite us in the ass if they added too much security
